In no particular order:

tdans - He may have a weird writing style... He may seem like a normal, ignorant, unaware Texan sometimes... However, behind that disguise lies a very interesting, quite intelligent and unique personality. Very friendly, always willing to teach and learn, always willing to help out a friend (whether needed or not) and... one of the best players on the site in FS and Speed games.

Kabanellas - probably THE best map maker on CC. Almost every creation of his is downright amazing! Furthermore, he's a great player and a terrific teammate with whom it's always fun to play... and CHAT. One of the best personalities in the CC.

HippieBroker - the best team player I know off so far. It's amazing how he manages to utilize and use his teammates to conceal his own shortcomings and inexperience (if any). Learns very fast and always ready to help out if needed. Unselfish, fun to play with and an extremely fearful adversary to face.

Justinassss - probably my best friend in RL. Good listener, good player and an extremely good person.

MNDuke - probably wouldn't have made the list, but you have to give the credit where the credit is due: probably the best stacker and forter in Conquer Club. I've played with and against many opponents, but so far no one has managed to outshone MNDuke's stacking and forting skills. Even though his gameplay and personality are quite lacking and he's a good enemy to face, but he's also invaluable teammate as you know that you have SIMPLY the best stacker in CC (However, games sometimes to get annoying as you can see him whining a lot/being an ass).

Honorable mentions: Leogus, ultrassur, wolfpack0530. Ninja Champion, theBastard, nvrijn, JoJo123, InnyaFacce, heatz, your destroyer, Commander62890 (purely because of his name), Master Fenrir. Sincere apologizes if I forgot anyone ;)
But... It was so artistically done.

Everyone pretty much know who the top players are from each clan-- so I'll just mention the guys for some crazy ass reason that just doesn't get brought up and given credit for their attitudes and especially their gameplay. Top 5 or 6 clans are 10+ deep in awesome players where 1 roll in 1 turn will determine the outcome of a game.

There's been some mention of Benji for his Waterloo play but his brother, Velve and his partner TheBro could possibly be the best dubs team on the site. Velvecarrots has game in dubs as well as 6-man singles. Incandenza is probably the most overlooked team player on here-- he's a fantastic player with mad skills that virtually gets overlooked each time these threads surface. One of the best mistake-free players you will see. General Mojo another one that doesn't get credit-- not many if any will outplay him in quads. Guys like Chao, JCStupid and many more that don't post all that much to get the name recognition. Of course have to give a shout out to TSM as well.

You have hit the hammer right on the nail as far as i am concerned i am going to try not to mention any current names from my clan, but no promises ;)

Ok, here goes nothing

Seulessliathan
Chariot of fire - For just about everything
Benji("both of them") - Come into his house and you will not leave happy
Lindax
JPCloet - **********should actually be at the very top **********
Blitzaholic - almost everything
Georgerx7di
Scott-land
AAFitz
jpeter15/daryth/shatners bassoon/cof(previously mentioned) - together gl defeating them in quads... any settings
velvecarrots/thebro - one of the best doubles teams out there
E_i_pi - very controversial... i know, but i miss that guy
prankcall - doesn't shy from any game!!! Is a fun person all around.
Widowmakers
fruitcake

I am probably missing about a million and a half people, but want to at least mention a few rather than none.

Just 5!? Well, as of tonight & in chronological order:
agonzos - there was a multi-move combination he told us to break out from bonuses behind to a win on pearl harbour. So I saw first the complexoty, the intensity of teamplay.
Iccinot Nabrus - well he welcomed me on his team, and he changed the team name's spelling from the American to the English. Still whenever I reach the ending in escaltimg trips or quads, I ask myself: what would itchy do here?
sam02: the joie de vivre, how he makes each game a new excitement.
waseemalim: narrowly shades CoF as the player I REALLY want to beat sometime. There is a beauty in no spoils chained, and in his hands it is a terrible beauty.
And the fifth hangs waiting on you: the next fierce and funny forum post, the next game-changing contribution to the community, the next opponent fighting tooth & nail for the win, the next teammate who surprises me with the move I had not seen...

Chariot of Fire wrote:Too tough a subject to limit it to five. It's akin to being asked which 10 songs you'd take to a desert island, i.e. there are just too many one has to omit. So I'll write a ditty instead :D

A long, long time ago...
I can still remember
How this web site used to make me smile.
And I knew if I had my chance
That I could make those sixes dance
And, maybe, I'd be major for a while

But freemium status made me shiver
One's true potential can't deliver
Bad news on the home page
These four games took a f***in age

I can't remember if I cried
When I found my credit card was fried,
But something touched me deep inside
The day my freemium died

So bye-bye, silver icon bye-bye
Clearwater paid my subs (yes he's a hell of a guy)
Them good old farmers sittin' way too up high
Thinking "This'll be the day that I die.
This'll be the day that I die."

Did you start the CLA
Do you have faith in JP Cloet
(If Blitzaholic tells you so)
And can you believe how those dice roll
Can two pairs save your mortal soul
And can you teach me freestyle reaaal sloooow?

I am a happy mid-aged broncin' buck
With a pink 40 stack which I know will suck
But I really don't give a f**k
The day my freemium died

(repeat chorus)

Now for two years I've been on my own
And medals grow heavy on this rollin' stone
But that's not how it used to be
When the noob he sang for King Herpes
On an account (he borrowed from Benji)
And a  that came from you and me

Oh and while the King was looking down
Rabbiton stole his ignoble crown,
The scoreboard was upturned
No judgment was returned
And while freakns read a book of wit
LoW's quartet practiced (coz they are s---)
And we all laughed out loud at it
The day my freemium died

(chorus encore)

Helter skelter this Conq Cup's a belter
Bottom seeds out (no fallout shelter)
THOTA's high but falling faaaast
Dice landed foul upon the board
BW pushed his men forward
With comic boy on the sidelines, in a cast

Now the half-time air is sweet perfume
As Odd Fellows start to play the tune
(We all get up to dance)
Oh but we never get the chance
'cause another challenge takes the field
But the TOFU boys refuse to yield
Do you recall what was revealed
(The day pascalleke's icon took her T-shirt off?)

(chorus, yawn)

I met a girl who sang the blues
(amazzony, she likes to lose)
But she still smiles and says 'good game'
I looked in the CC store
I'd had some wine, my mouse had more
But the man there said it put Oxfam to shame

And in their beds the children screamed
The mothers cried (yet still we dreamed)
But not a word was spoken
Our PC's are all bespoken
And the three men I admire the most
jpeter, Seul and Benji's ghost

(he caught the last train for the coast)
The day my freemium died.

And they were singing.....

Thank you and goodnight. Special thanks to Pere Bouchard et Fils vintners without whom this waste of two hours would not have been possible =D>

RoOkAz
Brilliant teammate and very friendly guy. He's a talented player on all settings, a great teacher, and a great learner too. He's happy to be directed in a team game rather than be giving directions, and always listens to suggestions.

Bruceswar
He's done on a lot in his time here, and is always rather friendly and respectful too. Always got time for you, and mentors/has mentored many people here on CC.

#1_stunna
Man, this guy's top class. Hilarious, but a great player too. Always good for a laugh, or a challenging game. He's really outgoing and relaxed. Fun times.

Masli
Good player. Good friend. Good man. Always has great advice, usually friendly, and knows how to make you listen when it's important.

I'm not sure I can name a fifth, although I'm sure I've forgotten some...

HighlanderAttack - Good friend and amazing 1vs1 player. Absolute Tournament whore! I learned more from him & Jricart in one month then I did in my first 2 years here. I still think your crazy for playing all those freakin games

Jricart - Good friend & learned a lot from him also. He introduced me to BOB & Clickies :D

Maasman - Great teammate, Ive learned the art of team play from him as well as learning to relax & just have fun playing.

Chariot of Fire & Dako - These guys are the absolute best Dubs team Ive seen. Not to mention they are some of the friendliest & classiest players around. Their skills are unbelievable.

Clan Nemesis - Some of the best players CC has to offer. Great group of people with very good team chemistry. Some of the funniest people too. (Yea that's you Pete)

I havent played enough games (and none recently) to really state 5 players i respect the most but i enjoyed playing against Ser_Sebstar, Serbia and AD.

In regards to players i get on with the most on the forums i think that can be for another thread one day :)

Just 5 players? That's a huge task.

Colson - probably the single best sunny esc player I've come up against.
Lisbon101 - right behind Colson, 1/1A.
Master Fenrir - best team player I've played with, period.
brian fletcher - my favorite doubles partner.
Chuuuuck - the best player on cc on one of my favorite maps on cc, Feudal War.

That's leaving out a lot of really good players who I respect, including everyone in my clan.
