do i have to tell you where i go and when i go? it is called, i went into the backyard to grill dinner for my
family. dude, get a life. i have one, you should try it sometime. and again, i did not break any rules, i did
not do anything wrong, and the neg was removed. here is the response to your last PM, you jackass:

owenshooter wrote:
ParadiceCity9 wrote:Ok but why is 2 hours the magic number??? what about 4 hours left?

and typing whistling? How do you back that up?

is typing whistling against the rules? if it is, i break it all the time... same with *tumbleweeds* and *tap, tap, tap... is this thing on*... wow, i should have a million negs. and 2 hours is the magic number, because that is when i was out the door. i had every intention of taking the turn, and i MISSED IT. it is that simple. sometimes, life takes a little longer than you think. i didn't break any rules, and the feedback was bogus.-0

grow up, you lost. you can not battle wits with me, you have no chance. the rules back me up, the mod backed me up, this thread backs me up. it is not against the rules to miss a turn. so sorry if a few errands and registering my kid for summer school took precident over a casual online game, in which i had a few hours remaining on my turn. get over it. you can not win the argument. it is over, you have lost. you are looking desperate.-0

p.s.-i am now online and am not going to sign out of CC for at least an hour. however, i am making my son a birthday cake for tomorrow. i hope that is ok with you ParanoidCity9...

In what way??? Just because they deleted the feedback doesn't mean they're backing you up in all this. And notice that nobody has backed you up in your main argument? i.e. 'I had no way to prove you were online within 2 hours of missing your turn'. Also, nobody has justified legitimately your little whistling thing. You know you did it to mock me and with one word, say that you're not playing your turn.

if you believe anyone is backing you up in this thread, you are not reading the same thread i am reading.
i didn't break a rule and the feedback was removed. i had 24 hours to take a turn, and i missed due to real
life issues... what is your problem? putting my cakes in the oven and hitting the grill again, just so you can
keep track of me and my turns, since you are so concerned with what goes in my world that could possibly
be more important than CC... oh, and again, if you missed it:

king achilles wrote:Hi owenshooter,

acquited of any wrong doing!!! why would they remove a feedback if they didn't find your
accusations unfounded? IT IS NOT AGAINST THE RULES TO MISS A TURN!!! i did not receive
a strategic advantage by missing a turn!! deal with it, jr., you can not win this one... actually,
you have already lost it, over and over and over and over...-0

Hey man, I offered to stop this before any of it started. You are the one who brought it all on. Don't blame me for this. And what you have a problem with gays now? That's fucked up. I'm willing to stop if you'll stop fuckin bragging that 'you're a better person than me' (he said that in a PM), because I know that I'm going farther then you will ever go. FFS, from what you've said and judging by your avatar, you're probably like a model or something pointless in life. How about contributing to science (or at least something that matters, math perhaps) like I'm going to in astrophysics. And maybe I wouldn't give up because I have a sense of pride. Oh and congrats, you can outdo a sophomore, what an achievement

Caveat: I haven't read the whole thread, and have no intention of going through "he said she said" with you two.

The feedback has been edited and reinstated as a neutral comment.

No, missing a turn is not against the rules, however, if you are being a dick about it (owen came into the game and in the game to point out he was there but didn't take his turn) then it is definitely grounds for feedback of some kind so that others who may feel the need can avoid you.

As for being told to take your turn - leave feedback for it. If someone is being uncouth and demanding, talk to them first and try to (politely) work things out. If they are being the dick, they should expect feedback on it.

And, in a few days it wont make a damn bit of difference anyway because we're changing the rating system over...so quit whining about it already and get back to playing games!

I'm not trying to instigate anything but if you read the thread you'd know that I didn't intend on saying it that way. Again not starting anything just stating that. And I know I have no way of proving this but that's honestly what happened.

hey... i guess when you have only 1 win, you have to try your hand at something else like bumping dead threads... you are defenitely good at bumping dead threads... *rolling my eyes*-0

p.s.-you don't even know what is going on here. try reading it all before you make smug, semi-sarcastic comments that aren't even pertinent to the conversation.

It wasn't that dead. The last post in it was the day before. Your use of win counts to gauge opinion value would be terrible if it weren't so sad. I play with friends of mine, and we have fun exercising personal grudges on each other, which means we're not exactly playing optimally most of the time. At any rate, I'm thoroughly unconcerned with my win ratio, so its amusing that you would concern yourself with it enough to actually go look it up and rub it in my face. I'd start a new thread about it, but that would be a silly waste of time, much like this thread about PMs.

Anyway, I'm just saying perhaps you shouldn't post a new thread for something you're basically unlikely to change. Just delete the PMs and move on. The interface doesn't provide a lot of flexibility for games with regard to turn length. It would be nice to have some intermediate options, like 1 hour turns, or 3 hour turns. Since its not possible, you might get some PMs sometimes. Just delete them and move on.

Or, you know, you could look up their win ratio and PM them back advising them that their win ratio is insufficient to even speak your name, much less PM you (I think this is probably more your style). Try not to take Conquer Club or life so seriously, and you know, drink a beer or something, because man, you strike me as pretty high-strung.

so many people missed turns in my games this past day, i am going to be extremely busy leaving them all poor star ratings! i mean, come on, they could have taken their turns well before the site went down at 4am, here in texas! if you let your turns go on for more than 2 or 3 hours, you are begging for a bad rating for me. 10 hours, hello to the ONE STAR CLUB!!! i don't care WHAT the excuse is, they all missed, they all meant to miss, and i am going to make them all pay!!!-0

p.s.-yes, that is sarcasm.
