Actually I think you'll find most of the judicial systems in the world are based on following the rules to the letter, hence why we have so many f
ucking draftsmen and lawyers and such. My point is it's not clear that he broke any rules, in my opinion he didn't break any of the rules. Explicit was perhaps the wrong word to use on my part, but you can see what I'm saying.
The only reason he should be sanctioned is the part that says
proactive measures are employed to enforce fair-play.
but some people seem to think it is fair game to do what he did. On that the mods can decide whatever they want. You guys though should be arguing that point, not constantly asking for a ban because dug is a "little, little man".
It's obvious to any ethical human being that his actions were unacceptable and should have consequences.
