No, they don't because a high percentage of people begin as freemium before becoming paid. Freemiums are already limited to 4 active games and no speed games. If they were further limited, the view is that new recruitment would go down.

As far as your other comments joshy, I'll just ignore them and keep playing and see you on the battlefield.
As per multis. I have to say, I have been here more than 2 years, played more than a few games and the few jerks I have met were always multis. They tend to "out" themselves. I am not sure that any organization can utterly eliminate cheaters.
As per the research. Yes, various marketing analysis, etc have been conducted. Overall, allowing freemiums helps the site more than hinders. We only get to play 4 games at any one time, so the impact of any one freemium is small. Multis.. cheaters will cheat. Plain and simple. I have met few in this site. More tend to flock to freestyle, I think. If they bother you that much, consider other playing styles or games?.. at least for a time.
Per the dice... random means unpredictable, not "even". Think of the number of rolls each day. At one point I calculated there had to be several hundred thousand rolls each day. That means that the 1 in a million roll would happen, on average every other day. BUT, remember, "average" includes a lot of extreme variation. Streaks are a pain if they happen to you and you expect things to stay even. But, life and dice are not like that.
Oh, and I was premium for 2 years, etc... I could not afford to renew. Probably will at some point again, unless some of the more draconiam suggestions get passed.
