cc is not all it can be. we've got multis everywhere, ruining the game for many. we have rampant accounts of abuse (the higher rankers are the ones getting called out the most though, although whether this is true or not is not something i would know), and we have countless reports of other forms of abuse, via chat, pm, and ratings, all of which the solution is to "foe and move on".
no, i do not think cc is all it can be.
