Colonel, Brig, and Field Marshal look the best. I can't decide between them.

Lieutenant; specifically fremium lieutenant, because it most resembles the US Navy rank insignia for Commander. Lt. Commander (premium Lt) is a close 2nd.

damn....the results of this are awesome. I like the crossed swords, and the hat....but the cook's hat is pretty cool too so I had to vote for it.
