what? really?

can you snap shot it in here HA? if so, thx pal.

I told him to do a screen shot and post it. If you search a player's active games it includes eliminated games as well so that is not an accurate count. I can do that, but I did give him instructions on what to do.

I am pretty sure it is going based on game being initialized:

2008-09-14 12:26:35 - Game has been initialized
2008-09-14 12:26:41 - ParadiceCity9 eliminated thezepman from the game

Six seconds. His turn also took three second from deploy to finish. Basically if you are not slate you have no shot in an 8 player esc game of having this record. I believe I am correct anyway.

I believe he is done--he has already missed turns and had others take turns for him. He is over going for the record. Nobody that tries this listens to me at first, but they do understand when they start getting up there what it takes. I still want someone to do it taking all their own turns and missing no turns--something I will do one day.

he is at 810 right now.. the way he and HA did it is tough. ...
You cannot string out these games, you cant have 800+ games for 3 or 4 days then get 1280+ it will wear you out. I went
day 1) 200 games
day 2)600 games
day 3) 1000 games
day 4) 1280

You cant screw around or it will bury you. Also HA did all those damn Age of crap maps, that can take 15 -18 rounds to finish.
I did almost totally manual deployment + classic, arms race, saint pattys day - this ensured I would have short games that would end sooner. I knew I wouldnt make it if I had to do this over 15 days. I think the whole record trying/obtaining/closing games finished in about 5 or 6 days.

Mine took two weeks--trust me I have a plan to break the record when I decide I really have the time to do it. I will go for 1500, take all my turns myself and miss no turns when I do it.

In my personal estimation, 1500 is right at the point of being impossible. If I ever see someone with 1700 active games Ill have to call bullshit.

I was layeed up with no job, knee surgery, and girl outa town for a week. All I had was CC. I ate drank, and even went to the toilet and literally shit with CC. And I was barely able to get 1280.

I hope you break it HA, rooting for you. I would like to see 1500, that would be really fucking epic

my theory on his theory is that he will do it all on Saint Patrick's Day map next year. This is because if you think about it, the average turn on that map takes all of 15 seconds with click-able maps. This would also be easier if he threw in a lot of team game challenges (with different partners and opponents) as then he could just deploy them the entire time and have all of his turns for these team games take 15 seconds while his teammates had to actually do a little bit of thinking about weather or not to attack. If you could somehow find a few like 5 different sets of teammates and opponents to do 101 games challenge that is 505 games that would take a total of 2.1 hours (based on 15 seconds a move which i think is an overestimate). Also for these games he probably wouldn't even get one turn a day so he is now 1/3 of the way there with a very little time commitment. Then he can do 1000 other games of 1 vs 1 on Saint Patrick's Day map where all he has to do is decide at what ammount of troops is he going to attack every time...50, 75, 100 something like that and before that all he has to do is deploy and then once he gets to a set number auto and hope for the best.

If he were to take this approach i can see him successfully achieving 1500 and having a much easier time than he achieved his previous record of 1200

There are all kinds of different ways to approach this. The biggest problems are securing the free time for at least 10 days and a lot of it. The other issue is the mental aspect of taking turns fast over and over and over again. I can make moves and most good moves real fast-keeping it up over a few or even many hours is the hard part. The mental exhaustion and the wrist, fingers, hand and arm exhaustion are all part of the problem. I also had to use my cousins fast processing lap top as there is no way I can use this slow as molasses PC I have. If the time is right I will do it. I know I have warned heatz and AoN and until they were actually in the middle of it they did not believe me. Once they were into it they understood.

It is fun and hell at the same time.

Yeah I was on maps that all took about 6 secs a turn. It is the way to go. I dont know if you can find that many people to do that many team games, but maybe.

smaller the quicker--the biggest thing that held me down was the 140 games against denominator--we had one game on each map--I had to do too much thinking--the less u have to think the better.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.

is that even possible? seriously?

even if you did all doodle earth? well, maybe? I like to hear your theory HA.

my theory on his theory is that he will do it all on Saint Patrick's Day map next year.

I played HA in a 205 game series on St. Pats map and had 300 active games at that time. I almost always had no games to move in. The 205 with HA took me 1/2 hour to make my moves in. So you do the math. 1,500 could have been an easy target for me and still never missed a turn.
