Edit, here we go... recent warnins for hijacking threads, and this was AFTER we made it clear with the whole spamalot deletion incident that thread hijacking would NOT be tolerated. Apparently these guys didn't get that first message...

Would you idiots care to READ what I posted again? I never said all those people were all spamalotters, I said that was the list of recent forum warnings, the majority of which were spammlators.

Vincent, you were warned for this thread:
http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15830

Apologies for not including which thread in the warning.

Wicked I posted on that thread back in Mar 30. Since The Spamalot conflict I have learned my lesson as did AK. I have changed my posting habits.

If you guys are looking back at threads from the beginning of time well then YES you will give out tons of warnings.

I can't beleive you guys are pinning me for something back on Mar 30

Thank you for the reply

Did you also warn Guidocks, Spuzzell, diddle, unriggable, dwightschrute, and riggable for hijacking/derailing that thread?

A useless comment that had nothing to do with the thread. His comment and subsequent comments in response to his derailed the thread. So again, keep the off-topic spam crap to your one thread.

Vincent, I didnt' look at the date everyone posted, only that it was a recent thread and your post started it. Doesn't matter when it happened, as you were warned back when spamalot started to keep it to one thread. yes, we expect you to remember.

To clarify, if someone does it once, we're probably not going to warn. It's usually the repeat offenders who get warnings.

Vincent M wrote:Oh my fucking god shut up everyone

i assumed he was talking about people asking about other game sites...which would then be on topic...

also, plenty of people posted links afterwards, so it wasn't derailed either...

are you sure we're talking about the same thread? :?

Look If you guys want to ban me because I am in Spamalot Please get more creative.

I haven't violated any rules. I think you guys want my name up there. Lets get Vincent M up there to prove our point about Spamalot

Look if I got a warning for that then You should start filing lots of warnings for other people

Them being in spamalot doesnt mean that spamalot is bad. They chose to join spamalot, spamalot didnt make them hijack threads and doesnt support that.

Its like concluding that just because a few guys from Iraq decided to kill people that EVERYONE in Iraq wants to kill people.

And if a few people in an army commit treason, you dont punish the entire army, you just punish the people that did the crime.

Don't hate spamalot because a few of the members spam too much. Nowhere in spamalot does it tell its members to hijack threads. That is the choice of each indavidual and should be taken care of on an indavidual basis, not against the entire Spamalot community.

Thats what im saying. Warn them indavidually, but DON'T bring this into a discussion about spamalot as a whole.

Indavidual users are NOT a good example of how spamalot has a bad affect on the forum.

wca, when the majority of our current "problem children" come from the thread in question, it's worth bringing up. I've really said all I care to about it, no need to rehash this ad nauseum.
