On top of that, I think her response to all of this has been very childish. She is acting as though she is entitled to hold a position on someone else's website and this just isn't the case.

Hence the firing happened ONCE she got better. Obviously you failed at reading my post, hence me specifying that. She was no longer disabled as she said she was better and off meds, correct?

That doesn't matter Fabled..it's what business owners want people to think..if the unsatisfactory job performance occurred during or as a result of an illness/short term disability and that is used in any way as even a part of the reason for terminating that employment the employee can appeal and/or sue and in most cases both in Canada and the US win and win big.

This is incorrect if the State follows "employment at will".

While this is one of those things that could probably be argued in a court, I think I'll throw in Article 27(1) of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties anyway, heh.Vienna Convention wrote:A State party to a treaty may not invoke the provisions of its internal law as justification for its

Along the lines of:
"Welcome to CC! Now you have paid over your money to us, you should know:
1) This is not a friendly site -you have NO rights, apart from unlimited games.
2) It is NOT a community - It is run by 2 people, and you must do whatever they say.
3)Any complaints you make will be called "spam" or "flames" -we strongly reccomend you keep your posts solely about how to hold Asia.
4) What Twilll says goes, if you don't like it, go away.
That way, people will know the truth from the start, and hopefully it means people will not renew their membership, and this site will end up where it belongs, on the slag heap.
