Hmm,if i understand correct-T-o-m join a clan, you send hem a warning messages, but he can not read, because its all ready punish, and can not read PM,then you again send hem another warning, and you still know that he can not read PM,and last you ban hem from CC,and again he can not see that.

From what i read, its look that CC Mods want to eliminate T-O-M from CC. Or maybe i dont see what mising here. Need more informations.

No. Not being able to read a PM sent by the admin because they were not allowed to use a part of the feature deserves a perma-ban..

Rules

Cheaters and troublemakers detract from the gaming experience of all Conquer Club players, and proactive measures are employed to protect our membership. Conquer Club reserves the right to suspend accounts and cancel Premium Memberships, with or without warning, of those players who are deemed to have violated the rules.

Oh cool.

But where's the rule which says he cannot find loop holes in the system because the admin haven't foreseen it? There is no rule saying he cannot apply for membership of clans that he cannot see.

Where is THAT rule, tooter?

I don't see how joining clans that he can't even see the forums to detract from the gaming experience for the players of CC.

When someone is banned from the forums, they cannot control pm's/wall/control panel which controls their profile, such as signature and email.
however, it's obvious that you can still look at clans, and that you can join them. this is not tom's fault, it's the admins fault, for not making it impossible to be able to join clans and usergroups.
he was just pointing out the loop hole. no reason to ban him for it.

edit: it seems like you can get banned for finding loop holes. i can't see this on the guidelines or rules.

I think it's fairly obvious that mods simply used the infraction as an excuse because t-o-m (along with similarly perm/forum-banned users as of late) was on their 'shit-list'.

The fact that he managed to circumvent per joining a clan is something programmers should have taken care of prior to him doing it. If it's that serious of an offense that someone can be site-banned, perhaps they should have taken the time to fix such an outright atrocity from occurring...

I doubt it was because t-o-m was on any "shit list" (b/c no such list exists). In fact, there weren't any comments about him recently, so maybe there was an e-ticket complaint from a member? I've asked to find out how t-o-m was warned, and his ban message said he could send in an e-ticket discussing the issue (which IS the proper channel for appeals).

Actually... t-o-m was removed from all of his private forums when his forum ban was enacted. This isn't a "loophole" that the admins didn't foresee. He was attempting to rejoin groups after having been removed from them as part of his forum ban, a forum which includes private usergroups and clan forums as well.

Dancing Mustard was removed from his usergroups, FredVIII was removed from his, etc. This isn't a new practice.

The loop hole is that he could still join them. Not see them, but join them.

If you're going to perma ban someone from the forum, make sure you do it so they can't join forums they can't actually see. That is the problem.

But is there a loophole through which he could rejoin them even though he was forum banned? and if so, in which way did you warn? As in what method did you use.

I'm not stating there's an actual magnetic-notepad on every teamCC member's fridge with 'Shit-list' scribbled across the top and periodic meeting to note members such as DM, t-o-m, bk, and other individuals who have been targeted. Rather, that teamCC has certain individuals they, whether individually or as a whole, develop vendettas with and do everything within and above their power to remove said individuals as quick as physically possible.

After talking to t-o-m some more, and as my memory serves right, Tom wasn't actually removed from his private forums. He could still post in Spamalot, which he did.
I remember we were all quite amazed that he could still post. So.. yeah. He could post until the mods finally fixed it up. Another problem there.

OP, and other admins/mods, just agree that you just got rid of Tom cause you could. You know he couldn't look at his PM's. You know that he couldn't see private forums. There is no rule against joining as many usergroups as you want. He was finding a loop hole. And you don't like that.

Also, from t-o-m
Ask for a Print Screen of my PMed warning from KingAchilles in his SENT BOX.

Kthxbai. Stop being pricks and just allow him to play the game, which he did no wrong for.
