the way i see it, if they let them buy back, its easier to keep track of the trouble makers, makes it easier to catch them if they know that they are prone to make multis... if they banned people that made multis they would just figure a way to get around it step by step...

It's a cash cow, and obviously they won't change anything if it's bringing in revenue. I also agree with hwhrhett is where most likely they are flagged for tracking and it's " The Devil you Know" type of thing where at least you don't need to deduce what they changed their name to. That being said though I'm sure they could keep track of the offender though his ISP address without damaging any of the site's credibility. Would not be as profitable, though.

Ok there were 3 threads about ETROPAL that i could see (could be more), and it has been explained by Andy that "Everyone is given a chance to buyback. Should they be involved with multiple accounts again, they will be unable to".

If you still don't understand this, don't keep making threads as it is annoying when multiple threads are made on the same topic. When you can just search to see if maybe there is a thread already made concerning that? Maybe your answer has already been answered in a thread?

These 3 threads have been merged and this thread is now locked if you still havn't understood the multi/buy back policy. Either PM the appropriate Mod or discuss it here --> multis/buybacks
