It's a cash cow, and obviously they won't change anything if it's bringing in revenue. I also agree with hwhrhett is where most likely they are flagged for tracking and it's " The Devil you Know" type of thing where at least you don't need to deduce what they changed their name to. That being said though I'm sure they could keep track of the offender though his ISP address without damaging any of the site's credibility. Would not be as profitable, though.
