If someone makes new account after old one?

Well I couldn't put this into a short question for title but say the account I have now.. in a yr or two I forget my password completely or my e-mail's hacked (e-mail hacked was done to me before a long time ago) Then made a new account, played that for a while but later got old e-mail back along with password... could you dump your new one and continue playing your old one?

just out of curiosity... I tend to forget things a lot while focusing on something else :D

If say your email got hacked, you could send an Eticket in, and they could probably change your email to the new one, and give you the password

you should never create a 2nd account..

as TheForgivenOne said

You're not supposed to make a new account, but if you can't get into your old account they look you up via email, so if you can't access the old email, I'm not sure what the procedure is.

So it deserves a more detailed answer than, "send an eticket"

Mods, how do players send an eticket if they can't get in at all and you can't recognize them as having had an account to send details to their email because they're using a new email and can't get in to change the email default?

Edit: I just checked the login page, I don't see that option. I see "I forgot my pw" and "I forgot my username" but I know from experience, they send the info to the email which, as the OP mentioned, would be an abandoned/previously hacked email on record. Or an option to create an account. No clear option to "contact us if your account email is changed and you can't remember your old account information."

e-ticket, or if the old one is completely abandoned, and no way to get back on, then maybe start a new one, and tell OP that you have a new account.

Yah this ones kinda tough. What he's trying to do is drop the newer account he made, and go back to using the older account. The only way he would have gotten to have any contact with CC would've had to of been by making a new account. Im pretty sure its kinda difficult to send an e-ticket 1st if u dont know how to do it, 2nd if there is no option for it under lost passwords/ account name, 3rd if you can't log into your old account. We can tell you how to get your old account back. This doesnt seem like abuse. He did not try to benefit by more games, gaining points, or any bad activity so can he play with his OLDER ACCOUNT then?

How to Get password to log on/ or username :Go to forgot password, and type in your old email adress and click sumbit (do not press enter). You can aslo type it in for the lost username if you do not remember. CC will then send you an email that will give you a new randomly generated password, and also if you need your username. Copy and paste that password into the password box. Type ur username in. Log On.


I S strongly suggest this
How to Change From the password they gave you
1. Immediatly go to control pannel
2. Click on Profile (on the top)
3. CLick on account settings (on the left middle of the board)
4. Then paste the password they gave you into the Current Password Box
5 Type a new password in the new password box
6. Type the new password in the confirm password box
7.Click Submit
EDIT: He created a new account cause there was no possible way shown to get his account back. He finally got his old email back and password, and wants to play with the older account instead of the newer one. It doesnt seem fair to penalize him. You could ask him his username and ban them from playing games together, and then make sure to watch the newer vs old account activity. Once he starts using one he cant use the other ya know

see it's not an easy question to answer for Etickets you DO gotta log in... if I ever lose gmy account I don't think I'd be able to do that... and forgot password and suck IS sent to your sign up e-mail so if mine got hacked again that would be completely useless. :lol:

So then comes into play back to the Etickets what if you make a new account and send an Eticket to C&A and explain what happened... then wouldn't you be cleared of using a multi if you could ever go back to your old one?

God my brain's hurting from my own questions :D

On the log in page go to the tabs at the top. Click on the "HELP", there is a link there for E-tickets.
