how do i get peopel to stop sendin pms to me cuz puttin them on my foe list dosent seem to work

Go into your inbox, Just below Sent Messages you will see a tab called "Rules, folders & settings".

Find the Add a New Rule section.

It will ask you for details in this order:
If Sender --> is foe --> delete message

Once you've set up the rule, those on your foe list will not be able to PM you
