Do Games prior to medal intro count?

1. I"ve just returned to the site after a two year layoff. I was wondering if my old wins count towards the medals or do I start from scratch now. My wins came prior to the introduction of medals.

Also:

2. Is there any place that tabulates your stats so you can track your progress towards medals?

yes...once u complete a game..or win a game (cant remember which) your medals will kick in.
