what is an assasin target the red bullseye next to the name

Yeah there is a red bullseyenext to someones name in my game in the stat board

That is your Target. You are the assassin and you will win the game by eliminating that player AND ONLY THAT PLAYER. If you eliminate anyone else (or if you are assassinated) you will lose!
