Serious Spoils issue

So I've had this happen in multiple games; I'm playing and as soon as I pick up one of the countries that is a spoil the next turn it says, "Choose three spoils to hand in". I only have one so I try to play that group. It says that's an invalid choice and there is no button to turn in spoils later, so I lose my turn. I've tried reloading the page and loading the game on different browsers, nothing works. Anyone else had this problem?

You have to hand in either :

3 red spoils

3 Green Spoils

3 Blue Spoils

or 1 of each (1 red 1 green 1 blue)
