Gift

Postby bkwill on Wed Jan 27, 2010 12:43 am

A fellow CC member renewed my membership for me without me asking him to. I would like to thank him by sending him a gift from the CC shop. How do I purchase the gift and have it shipped to him with a thankyou note since I dont know his address or his emai? I feel uncomfortable to ask him for this information since he renewed my membership without me asking, and I know this is private information.

Is it possible that the shop could send it to him with a thankyou note?

That is very nice of you (and him, as well). Well done on both parties' parts.

If you go to the Shop, select the item you want, follow the necessary instructions to Purchase (such as filling out number of item, shipping/billing forms, etc).

Or more easily---you can purchase a "Shop Gift Certificate"---in which you purchase an amount, and then give that amount away to the person, allowing them to choose whatever shop item(s) is within the price range.
