you can attack there. Something else went wrong...either it wasnt seen in the drop down...or the end attack button was hit too early..or some other cause...this map has been played thousands of times...its not a bug...just a simple mistake. happens all the time.
Its just quicker to post a bug than figure out what you did wrong
