How long does it take for an invite to expire

I thought it was 24 hours.

I received an invite just over 24 hours ago-both myself and my opponent did. I have joined, but my opponent has not and it still says reserved. I just want to know if this has been expanded past 24 hours and if there is an exact amount of time for an invite to expire if anyone knows for sure.

Invites last 24 hours as far as I know... Maybe another invite was sent out right after the old one expired?

Nope they were sent at the same time--I think I have seen them last more than 24 hours before as well.

No, I mean maybe his invite did expire, but then before you checked the games status again, someone sent another invite to him? I'm not sure because I thought invites only lasted 24 hours...

I have been watching it because it is manual freestyle 24 hours.

It just expired exactly 25 hours after the invites were sent.

I though they were 24 hours but it could be possible that there was a coding error so they last 25

25 hours sounds suspiciously like a Daylight Savings Time glitch.

That could be it although i can imagine it would be really easy to just hit the 5 instead of 4 key to make it 25 instead of 24 hours

An invite is supposed to expire 24 hours after it is sent.

A lot of checks on the site are set to happen once an hour, so checking for invite expiration is probably one of those. If the invite was sent 1 second after a check, then it could conceivably last for 24:59:59.
