I've just filled up my tournament, the tournament handbook says I'll soon get privileges. What exactly are these privileges?

You have to create the games for your tournament under a different type of game than the normal public game. It alows you to host a game without being a member and create titles for the game. to use just go to start a game and select the tournament under the drop down menu
