No, it's a popular phrase during Chinese New Year celebrations. It basically means "I wish you prosperity."

Since there are so many variations and accents here, I can't tell if my pronunciation is good or not.

Sometimes a person is surprised and asks how I know Chinese. Other times it takes some discussion before the person can figure out what I'm saying,
