The friend tag and the foe tag has very different effects so both would still do what they usually do I'd think.

as far as i know all a friend tag does is keeps there name handy :S

so basically it would be as normal like Thezz said, except that foe obv. has a lot more implications

The Friends and Foes List are both kept within your own Control Panel, so being on one list for one person has no bearing on being on the other list for another person. The Foe list has ramifications such as not being able to post on the wall or join the games of the person who controls the list, but the Friends list has no "powers".
