Ratings - why is it so difficult to rate someone?

Almost everything else seems to be hotlinked - why not ratings?

The only reason I haven't been rating people since I started playing is that it's a major pain to find the screen where I do it.
Is there an easy way to do it from the main screen that I'm missing?

It's quite easy, actually. Once a game completes, go into that game and scroll down. Just under the map are the links to rate each player.
