Map Ratings?

I have seen this mentioned in a few threads, along with different ranks for various ratings.

1) Is there some way to see what your record is on a certain map?

2) Is there a rating system for this as well?

there is the Map Rank Gl, where you can look at all of your statistics, i am not sure what you mean by rating. Do you mean rating the maps, because if so i do not believe there is anything or anywhere to do this
