Hello, gang! I've been at a forum on preserving the rights of indigenous people for the last week and unable to check-in on the forums.

Hi Timminz! I suppose I should have said "conference" instead of "forum" as it is easy to confuse the two words. My conference was at a remote location. While I could use my laptop to access the internet, and even was able to play a few games on CC, I haven't had the time to log-in - and participate in - the forums.

I would appreciate you using a less aggressive tone, Timminz. I have only treated you politely and kindly in this thread.

In which I was asked to stop publicly humiliating you, to stop feeding you, and to stop taking your bait, as you were going to get your just desserts soon enough. Or to at least lay off it or do it to a lesser extent. Is that what you had in mind by chance?

Let's remember it was Dr. H who had an open-doors policy to oppressed peoples wanting to immigrate to Germany, who passed some of the most progressive disability and minority rights legislation the world had ever known to that point, who introduced national health care, who introduced 50/50 male/female equity in all government positions of employment, who worked to lift the traditional German stigma against homosexuals long before sexual equality was embraced in the west and all sorts of other progressive legislation.

I saw in the other thread you were in the USA G2! Great to see a fellow "spook" here! (even if we were on opposite "sides"! lol! it's all good, though)

I served 3 years in the Felix Dzerzhinsky Watch Regiment in the DDR before emigrating for medical school. I bet we probably have a lot of old war stories to swap. It was a satisfying time in my life; I felt it was the best place I could possibly be to help working families stay safe from racism, oppression, homophobia and poverty.

As we used to say in the Dzerzhinsky guards, Death to Parasitic Capitalism! (just needling you with that one! )
