Prem Membership start date

Is there a way to find out(on ConquerClub) when my premium membership started? Mine has recently ran out and I'm really surprised that it has been a whole year since I last renewed my membership. I would really like to know when it started just to be sure no error has occured and I've been given less time than should have been allocated.
