Premium Price Increase?

Postby bedub1 on Tue Sep 15, 2009 5:33 pm

I just renewed for $25. I checked my account, and I was billed $25 in a transaction, and then $.75 in a transaction, same day, both from ConquerClub. Why was I billed the extra 75 cents? Has this happened to anybody else? Should I submit an eticket?

your bank charged you a fee, not CC... you should talk to your bank about ripping you off, that is what you should do. they will usually give you back fees like this if you go in and mount enough of a logical protest. seriously, they just charged you money to spend your own money... classic...-0

Right, Credit Cards and Banks sometimes charge fees, especially for online transactions. Talk with your Bank or Credit Card Provider.

and if they refuse to reimburse you, start a C&A thread to have a mod/admin deal with it...-0

Double-dipping, that's what it is.
The bank already charges an interest rate if you don't pay before your payment date on credit cards.
Now they charge to actually use the card, which is a product that they want you to use so they can make money.
Talk about scum =D> Go the banks. =D>
EDIT: i wouldn't mind betting that's it also has to do with bailing them out of making their disastrous decisions from the GFC.
Double-scum.
