His interactions about storr have been weird as f*ck, I would out him under the accusation of having too much information defending a townie or soft defending his partner. Regardless of storrzerg alignment I think he's scum and could be with storr, I'm more inined inclined to believe they are not together but this really has been one of the worst openers from storr I have ever seen and the defence of storr from him is not warranted as I'm pretty sure they have no history together.

Im here just kinda list to be honest.
So many questions about factions and possible roles i think we are really in the dark here especially with so many players.
That said storr is looking townish just because he is stirring the pot quite a bit.

We'll wait and see how it develops. While his 'interaction' has indeed been weird, so has Storr been weird lol. But I actually honestly believe Storr is under a post restriction, and he IS throwing out his usual D1 accusations all over the place despite his restriction.

I think I found out why. Have a look at the italics in the first post of this thread. Apparently there are death eaters hidden in the student body. And I think Storr is saying that the "fake claims" are the "disguises" of those death eaters. But since Storr seems to be unwilling to answer any question directly, I guess we'll never know.

Storrzerg is obviously the Groundkeeper, which is most likely a town role.

Degaston assumed Storr was claiming Filch, I agree with that assessment. I would also assume Filch is not a town role, he's never portrayed in a good light in the series (till like the very end). Also Filch is like a janitor/general asshole and not the Groundskeeper (Hagrid) if I was to give the Hogwarts janitor a PR it would probably be Janitor... a baddie role normally.

I came to the conclusion that Storr knows a lot from aage's post, which on second read I think I interpreted poorly. Aage only meant that Storr was trying to say something about game mechanics, but in a roundabout way.

As for why I would vote for someone who "seems to know a lot", it's because I'm town and I know nothing other than my role, so if you know more than that then I'm going to assume you aren't town with me.

The basis behind not being against a storr lynch is flavor. It is pretty clear who he is claiming to be, and that character was never really with Harry Potter throughout the series. You could certainly make the case (as storr is) that he was always for Hogwarts, but it isn't a great connection flavor wise.

Either way, you have a shot of lynching an anti-town or 3rd party character and someone who would be pretty recruit able. If the group decides storr is town, it seems pretty unlikely someone is going to waste a night action on someone with no spells, so no reason to assume the group won't continue to think he is town.

to sum up, i dont want to lynch storr, but if we end up with no better option, i have no issue with the issue.

Other stuff: Degaston is probably still the scummiest person so far for skimming/lying about skimming (lynch all liars). Dakky might also be connected and mtam also sounds somewhat suspicious.

However, you jumped on Stor because you think that he has too much knowledge. All I'm saying is that I'd like to keep people in the game that has knowledge so I think your vote is weird. I'll give you that he seems to talk out of his arse more than usual, but he just seems in character. Rather than just vote for him to make the strange man go away, you should try making him useful instead.

It says in the first post that death eaters have taken students' bodies and infiltrated the school. What I gather from Stor's mumblings is that he has spotted such a one. Why is everyone dismissing that? What if he's a day cop or something with a weird PR?

I believed mtam was a little scummy for the reasons Raigan said. Until I was fast posted by then, there was not much content coming from Raigan, so to assume a scum connection would be odd.

Raigan - as has been noted by others, storr is essentially claiming to be Filch. If flavor was somewhat predictive he would be a character who had no magical powers, and thus not likely to be a day cop. You can think of his character in the books as the annoying hall monitor who always tried to catch you late for class and run off taking you to the principal. Since Harry Potter was a student, he was never a fan of Filch and there for could be written as an anti-town player (assuming as most people are that Harry and friends are the good guys).

Storr saying everyone is breaking rules and being bad is pretty consistent flavor wise and indicates a possible post restriction (though storr doesn't follow through with it in every post).
