VOTE: Trestain.

After thinking about it, I'm almost 99.9% sure that you are mafia.

Wow I wouldn't. Trestain acts scummy but never actually is. I know from past experience. If people follow this vote I hope you're right, but I urge you all not to vote for him unless completely sure. Do we have a cop still living? We could use him.

Actually, Trestain has been mafia before. I know from experience, as I played with him in Telvania's LOTR mafia where he was mafia.

Anyways, for Trestain, I'm voting for you because you appear to be the most suspicious to me. I have a question concerning Moz, but I can't really take action for or against him until he answers my question. For Marv, I don't know what to think concerning him.

And I explained to you once already about my x-men theory. From what I see, you are really small-minded, as when you see a good character (such as wolverine), you automatically are led to believe he's good when he has been evil before (as I explained earlier). I believe you are mafia, and because of your x-men name, you're trying to lie your way through and saying I'm wrong.

However, you seem the most suspicious (and I'm not the only one who thinks this). Even if I don't use the x-men theory, I still believe you are the most suspicious. Therefore, my vote stands for the time being.

Give it up mafia scum this theory is bullshit and you know it.

I mentioned in my last post, that even if I don't follow the x-men theory, you seem the most suspicious. Of course, I'm not the only one saying that. Moz also thinks you're the most suspicious, if I remember correctly.

I have an idea, but there's too many flaws for it to work.

We could have Senfive hide at your house. If he dies, your mafia or he was targeted by mafia. If he's alive, he either lied, or you're innocent. It's basically a 50-50 gamble either way.

Senfive claimed the hider role within the last few pages. For it actually helping though, it doesn't exactly, and that's the problem. As I mentioned, if we do this, it is a gamble. In my opinion though, it possibly tells us more if he dies then if he lived.

Also, I'm logging off shortly. I'll be back tomorrow afternoon to check things out providing nothing unexpected happens.

are you trying to get me and senfive killed, because that is what it seems, I presume you know if senfive hides in my house and the mafia target me we both die.

Wait, what was strike one? Also, how do you consider Trestain an easy target? Because he was inactive. I already mentioned that I'm not the only one who thinks he's suspicious.

Also, I didn't say that the Senfive thing was a good idea. I only mentioned it as a possibility.

vgm apart from this crazy theory of yours why else do you think i look suspicious?

If it is because i never claimed my role before the SK died then that is just as dumb as your theory, why would i claim while the SK was still around and get myself killed off. Finding the SK before he found me would have been a big help for the town, so i don't think anyone in my role would have claimed early

So he's always inactive near the beginning? Even so, that doesn't exactly help our situation right now.

I'll keep the vote on for the moment, but I do want to see what everybody thinks.

Maybe you're right about the role claiming. Something about the timing was odd, but it could go either way. I belive the main reason it was suspicious was due to the fact that Mach kept mentioning that there are no SKs, and once he dies, you automatically role claim. That, and there were no votes against you (at least I don't think there was) and I always view a role claim under that circumstance a bit suspicious.

I'll try and think it over tonight, but my vote stands, mainly so you don't slip under the radar. If I can think of any reason to unvote you for tomorrow, I will.

also Vgm i have explained my inactivity near the beginning at least twice but i will do so again just for you.

at the beginning of this game i was in 2 other mafia games and was concentrating on telvannia's because i was mafia, that coupled with the fact that there was so many players in this game i didn't really know where to start with this one meant i was not as active as i should have been early on.

I understand being relatively inactive. But you were completly inactive (with the exception of voting twice in as many posts).

actually at that point wicked(confirmed mafia)had her vote on me and the day before was a forced no lynch but at the deadline i had 5 votes on me, I thought with the SK gone it was just the right time for me to claim, especially considering that once the SK was night killed my role effectively became useless so i didn't have to worry about being killed off because of it.

Also i don't understand why moz claiming there was no serial killer makes me suspicious when the rest of you found out there was one

In fact, about this, I start to trust more in vgm... I think hes acting not like a mafia, but like a desesperated townie... accusing trestain, talking about senfive... I dont believe the last mafia guy would look for call attention this way at this point... So, I disagree, dussle, I dont think hes acting like mafia.

About trestain, his situation didnt change too much for me... hes being helpfull recently, the psych story is acceptable... I dont really trust him (or anyone), but its not my "mayor" suspect...

So, for now I would like to lynch Andy, or moz... By the way, moz, lets participate more of the conversation, huh?

VGM, please forget this name theory. Its not helping. Even why Ak could give the mafia members a secure name... In fact, Im still surprised by the fact you never asked my X-men name. I could just post it, but I will let you ask if you really want. Now, forget the names, man.

I'm willing to be swayed any way for voting right now, I'll have to consider all options.

Also, like I stated back a few pages, if the town thinks I'm the elephant in the room, get rid of me today, so you don't have to worry about me in the back of your mind. I'd rather sacrifice myself than have people not believing a word I say for the rest of the game. And if there is no night kill, that will leave 6 remaining people left...until the mafia hits making it 5. It'll be desperation time, but if you kill me today...it'll be interesting to see who the mafia takes out...because I think it will surely lead to some sort of evidence against some one.

So basically, I hope you all can either trust me and my townie mayor claim, or lynch today so I won't be a bother hanging over your head.

Though I have a sneaking suspicion, if the Mafia was smart, they'd eliminate Dussle...as he's been relatively inactive and generally not very helpful to the town. I could see him dead the next day by the mafia, so to make it difficult for the town to figure out who's telling the real truth.

Ok to answer VGM's question my Xmen name is Angel.

I am still suspicious of Treistain. I may be following along with The name theory a little to much but the real kicker to me was the fact that wicked who was mafia said that the names did not match the characters.

I think that Treistan is mafia and I have thought that for awhile now.

I vote treistan

If he is innocent we have a solid lead to go on either vgm or me and if he is guilty that is one less mafia member.

I must have missed the part where Wicked said that the names aren't important. But, seeing how Trestain is strongly pushing against my "theory" (like Wicked did), he may be on the same mafia team as Wicked.

Also, something that struck me as interesting.

Moose wrote:VGM I hope that you have investigated me already, but if not, please feel free to do so tonight, but it would be a waste. Your best investigation target tonight is Shafer simply for the fact that Tom voted for him and decried his guilt. If the mafia win this game, Tom, if he indeed turns out to be mafia, (and I think he is) wins also, even dead. The best defense for mafia to take when it looks like the tide is turning against him is to protect his fellow mafia members from suspicion. What better way to do so than that?

Note, the moose quote is from another game. However, maybe it's just me, but I think Andy may be trying to do what Moose did in a previous mafia game. It appears Andy is going for the reverse psychology thing bu saying, if we lynch him, we waste a day lynch, and the mafia gets another shot at one of us tonight. He may be saying lynching him would be bad, but yet, it may be good. That, or it may really be bad.

I'm a little confused with Andy's most recent post, but I think it does deserve a small FOS.

TFOS: Andy

I don't really suspect you, but that post struck me as odd, which explains the FOSing.
