Your character is pretty important to my character, and the game in general, if that's what you mean.

NO! We DON'T love it! That is why we are giving you all this crap! Seriously, now you're just being unreasonable. We are asking you to stop holding up the game and give us the info already and you blame US for not doing anything? Get the hell out of here!
not seriously, but knock off the act, it does not look good on you.

This is ridiculous... I really don't understand why I put up with this.

But anyway. SG7, got anything to say for yourself? Ghostly, noticed any change? Got a pair new sunglasses last night?

I've given the information, sheesh. Settle down. It's more toward Edoc at the moment because he's sheeping your thing. Sure, you're upset about what I'm doing, but doesn't mean he needs to add anything more to it, that creates more drama.

No, I don't blame you. A lot of my last post was sarcasm to lighten up the tension in here. Everyone is so up tight that some 'comic relief' as is used in plays is needed to get people relaxed.

Anyway, now do you see why I was giving him time? People are already on him. So time to confess is what I personally think was right. He's had overtime to do so.

Hmm, okay. I still disapprove, but you gave the result so I will hold to my word. I doubt we will need much pressure in terms of voting on Shield, it's pretty clear he's going to have to give an explanation or else.

If I'm reading the last couple of pages right, the gist of the case on Sg7 was that he was supporting clever (lynched mafia) and now jak's track? (is there anything else)
Seems a good a case as any, I'll wait on voting him until we get a vote count, and/or shield responds to the accusations

Not impressed with the theatrics, but that you all the same for the track Jak. Still uncertain that this is really going to help ID scum, but we will see where it goes.

He voted clever to immediately unvote for no reason then kept on acting falsely surprised with anything, he s been doing the usual sg7 stuff jokeclaiming scum and has been trying to influence a lot not to Lynch clever..

Haha, yea. I'm a crafty bugger ;) I put it in the paragraph below it as well for emphasis.

Anyway, I'm gonna wait until he comes forward and at least claims before my vote goes onto him, but it's not looking too good at the moment.

I think that information is important though at this stage in the game so I can agree with jak about ghostly. Although I have to say that I don't think doom should have claimed the hide action (it makes you vulnerable and gives the mafia more to work with) and it doesn't clear hippo given the high chance of him being recruited.

I would say nil chance of recruitment. Why would anyone recruit a mostly inexperienced VT?

Because he is pretty much cleared, he was the safest townie as you showed with hiding behind him. Having the player most likely to be town in your faction is very beneficial. Also a VT is likely a safe recruitment, if you try recruit Neo it may not be allowed etc.

Bullshit.

Trinity a tracker, okay. Trinity and Neo a couple, okay. Neo bulletproof, okay. Neo a hider? What the actual f*ck.

Vote Doom

I suspect you've been lying to us. I suspect you switched around your claims, Neo is the tracker and Trin is the hider. Lovely little strategy, but you're forgetting that whatever you two don't disclose, town can't use. Stop playing SK and start playing town, for heaven's sake. I completely understand why Edoc'sil would now suspect a recruit between the two of you.

What would be so bad if they switched their claims?

I dislike lying townies. Elaborate plots and schemes are for scum. Secondly, this could easily have gotten them killed if the busdriver drove anyone with Doom. Thirdly, this continues Jak's pattern of deliberately depriving town of information and Godmoding, which is imho a poor way of playing claimed town. Edoc luckily already addressed the small scope that a tracker has anyway, otherwise I would've had so much more to rant about. :p

It's not completely proven that they switched claims, but I refuse to believe that Neo is only a hider.
I can see it as a legit defensive maneuver. For instance, if scum thinks that jak is a tracker when he is a hider and Doom is the opposite, then they would try to kill jak and fail, while avoiding Doom, when he is a prime target.

One thing that bothers me, though, is if they had switched, how could they know the results of their night actions? Presumably saf would only give "Doom's" tracking results to him when day starts, at which point he wouldn't be able to hand it off to jak to claim with.

They actually stated that they had some kind of code for passing information earlier in the day.

vodean wrote:so what you guys are saying is that you really think mafia would push for a mafia lynch?

It may be a WIFOM defense but its a lot stronger than your flavor case

It is a pretty standard tactic actually, this is one of the situations in which the WIFOM defence is useless because the deeper layers are actually quite likely.

I think it is claim time for shieldy boy.

He's had longer Jonty. He's had since I privately outed him at the very start of the day, he would know he'd have to claim or at least pop in but he hasn't even said hey yet for today.

Well let's see. Ghostly isn't a huge target during day time atm, so he'd know I was referring to him since he was probably the only person to target Ghostly. <.< If I didn't know you were trying to bait me at the moment I'd be in your face for the above quote.

Definitely Aage, I decided to break game rules and private message SG7, telling him that I tracked him.. For sure...

Fasposted, there was no 'ultimatum', just me giving him a chance to be clean.

If you think my post was flamming, wow. But anyway, if you thought that then maybe I should take a break tonight -.- Real life issues aren't helping my mood mixed with the heat of the day + the constant nagging from Aage and Edoc agreeing with each other like no one else's opinions even matter.

No sarcasm. I was just alarmed by your use of the word "private", I assumed you mentioned his name somewhere and I hadn't seen it. So when I found nothing, I was a bit confused.

Vodean, if you can't stand a little heat, stay away from the kitchen... Mafia accusations can get tough and I won't be handing out teddybears when it happens, so to speak. There is a reason this board used to be in Offtopic. Your constant attempts to block the conversation seem a little futile.
Also, you were not the one who proposed the ultimatum...

actually, i proposed that ultimatum. jaks wasnt an ultimatum. you should use dictionary.com to find out what it actually means.

and if i had thought that was flaming, i would have reported you. im just saying, you can push a case, and then you can do your best to piss people off while pushing a case. look at my case against clever yesterday. i pissed him off a little once. and then i apologized.
