Definite possibility. But possibly not. We shall not rule anything out without more information. Needless to say, without more info, I'll stick to my guns for now.

But those same people could also be considered racist for that view of Chavez, as I said earlier he was a civil rights activist. Now you just have to figure on if the mod is racist... Which I doubt, so no I wouldn't think Chavez is scum.

I can't see any profit in it for himself by announcing his presence in this way.

The one thing you may be underestimating is the mod though. I think it would be quite a funny joke to make someone like Chavez who was really quite a good man, as scum. Skoffin is the kind of person who may make this joke.

And besides, we're not really these people, just loonies who think we are. My point: take nothing for granted. Skoffin is an unpredictable mod.
