so lack of posting would most likely point to the mafia then? Pilate being a prime example of that, unless not posting is a twisted condition of his role (and knowing Andy's sick mind, that's entirely possible). OTOH, Bogey only started posting random nonsense only after someone mentioned the lack of Pilate's posting.

I think it's really weird the way that pilate is only posting after someone has enough votes to be lynched. Before I cast a stone in his direction though I would like to see him post again. Maybe we could get a read from the way he posts. I would hate to lose another townie.

you know it might help if we all post our roles/nicknames/whatever you're called by Andy, e.g. "elf miner" or whatever. I don't think that'll give anything away, will it? And it's not against the rules.

I was wanting to tell our nicknames as well. It doesn't seem like it can be revealing of anything and it might make the game more fun.

I'm the Woodland Sprite

And wicked, I've been heavily laden with work the past few days and haven't been able to contribute regularly, I am reading them however just don't have the time to post anything useful so don't bother :).

I have my suspicions about Pilate, I think because AK suspected him, he killed him off so that we did not investigate it further...

Vote: Bogusbet

If he is mafia, all the better for us.
If he is not, what use is he anyway? all he has contributed so far is "Yeah lets lynch him"

I really dont have mucha to go on, hence, I said it was just a gut feeling and didnt actually vote for you. If your gut tells you that I am mafia then you can say so, but dont just make it up because I said I had a feeling you were.

Announcement
Pilate wrote:Hi,

Please replace me in the mafia game. I'm unable to adequately fulfill my role.

cheers

I've contacted a replacement to perhaps fill his position.

Now, I'll give everyone the option...due to this replacement coming in at such an integral time, you can

  • A). Lynch Pilate and not give the replacement a chance
    or
  • B). Take on and accept the new replacement to fill his position.

I'm giving you all the options due to the fact there were votes for Pilate, based on his past actions and words. Chime in with whatever you all would like to go for.

I still vote to lynch Pilate but if not everyone agrees I'll understand why.

Also, I don't want to seem like I'm grabbing at straws, but this news makes him look a bit more guilty in my eyes. We know that Pilate had little time to be involved with this game (and other things on Conquer Club) and we also know that both 'nights' so far seemed to take a fairly long time. The decisions at night are relatively easy because the mafia members don't have to be as paranoid as everyone else. Therefore maybe it wasn't the decision process that was taking so long, but getting an opinion from all mafia members....perhaps because Pilate was one of them, and took a while to confer with the rest of the group.

Anyway, I still feel that the only power of the townies is to lynch someone, and Pilate looks the most guilty because AK had suspicions against him and then AK died the next day. Once again, I am convinced that Pilate and/or Moz are members of the mafia. If Pilate turns out to be incorrect, I hope everyone understands that my intentions have all been for good.

VOTE Pilate.

My Nick, The Mystic Druid, hence I don't post much, just observe the balance.

The other person who's name begins with P, watch out, I see nasty things happening to you sooner rather than later.
