As Pepe Le Pew, I am a lover and not a killer. I'm watching this thread trying to piece together something, but cannot come up with anything solid. I tried to fabricate a thread with rev_kyle, but I have seen the light and feel that it is too flimsy to go on ... for now.

For now, I vote no lynch.

so does anyone know the name of the mafia this time, like last time it was the Illusionist? I'm laughing at all these names with who's got them... Pepe Le Pew.... LOL. I'm Roger Rabbit, btw. Although I'm thinking Jessica Rabbit would've been more fitting!

The reason that I dont think we should vote to have a no lynch on day one is only because if a town doesnt lynch, then they lose.

I understand where people are coming from with the "but we will probably just kill a townie" because in all likelyhood that will be the case, but the thing is, if everyone just votes no lynch right away then the next day we are practically back at square one. If we have a no lynch at the end of five days, because we cant decide, then I dont really have a problem w/ that, as long as there have been accusations going on through out the day.

On another note, is roger rabbit a loony toon?

If wicked had said that she was bugs bunny I would have believed her but Roger Rabbit?

Maybe I'm just to young to remember him?

I meant to say that if we never lynch then we lose.

I voted for Marv on Page 11. My reasoning is explained there. If you can't access that page b/c of your wonky computer, let me know and I'll copy/paste.

My thinking exactly. It is the discussion that gives us information, not the lynching. As long as we try to talk and formulate solid cases we are doing good work. Lynching someone for no good reason and then going immediately to night doesn't gain us anything. Similarly saying no lynch for no good reason and going to night gains little but perhaps saves a townie. If the discussion continues, then we all learn more and later on the remaining townies will have much more substantial evidence to build a case.

My reasoning, summed up for Mach...

Sully randomly voted for MB, even said he would probably change his vote. Marv was VERY quick to hop on that.

wicked wrote:wow Marv, you were quick to hop on that bandwagon there!

wicked wrote:I vote Marvaddin, bandwagon-hopper and can't tell when people are joking - or is jumping on them to make it appear that way.

wicked wrote:that's really stupid Marv, we were all just joking, including myself. I have no idea if AK and MB are mafia, but I know I'm not and I was joking just the same as they were. You OTOH, were quick to hop on sully's random vote (he even said he would probably change it), which looks the most suspicious to me.

Then when I point this out to him, he gets all defensive and starts accusing me. He was quick to jump on everyone for obvious joking (the votes weren’t even in bold), then admits he didn’t even read the entire thread. Admittedly, I initially voted for him b/c he couldn't take a joke, but then his shifty behavior confirmed in my mind he was up to something. It's not much, but more than some of you are going on.

I admit, I thought the "don't anything seriously in the day" pertained to our dicussions here, that's why I was joking around at first. I'm guessing that's why everyone else was too, unless FSP has a sombrero fetish. :D

As for the Roger Rabbit part?

He was a toon, but not a looney tune. If you haven't heard of him or the movie here is some info http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096438/.

Looney Tunes and the Roger Rabbit film were both Warner Bros creations but it does seem strange that Andy would pick that character since this is Looney Land. Would Andy have made that mistake? I don't know, but everyone else seems to fit the Looney Tune profile, including more obscure characters. I for example am Foghorn Leghorn. Not nearly as high profile as someone like Bugs Bunny.

So perhaps wicked is an incriminating character- The leader of the heist like Rev was last time (and she's afraid someone would know her true name) or perhaps its one of the "bad" looney toons like Wile E Coyote.

This is the first piece of legitimate suspicion I have had in this game so far. I remember how focused wicked was on "the illusionist" last time so perhaps she is trying to avoid being incriminated by her name if she is mafia this time.

Hmmmm...
