Reading on phone now. Quackre would also explain the double doctor claim on day 1 that ended up with us lynching the real doc.

wait, did both nyvek and tres roleclaim on day one? I don't recall that. Then again, enough has happened since then to make day one feel like it took place during the paleolithic era.

and xenhu, EOS is eye of suspicion. Stronger than the finger.

The more I think about this the more I think Xenhu is guilty. Aside from everything I stated before, when you guys voted against me earlier today, if Cram had cast his secret vote too (which mafia must have suspected he did given how adament he was), then they shuld have cast the deciding vote and got me out. They didn't. The only way I can interpret that is that whoever mafia is left was on that list of voters. Since I trust both Cram and Trestain 100%, then I have to suspect Xenhu even more..

vote Xenhu

ok then

We vote out houssam

if he is lying we have a mafia
if he is telling the truth we lose houssam, and cram overnight

we dont vote out houssam

if he is lying we lose supercram overnight
if he is telling the truth we lose either supercam or houssam overnight

as far as i can see it is down to a choice, do we vote out houssam and have a 50-50 chance of losing them both or catching a mafia and surely winning the game

or

not vote out houssam and guarantee losing one of them

nice choice eh!

how on earth can I be lying? How on earth could I have known about the quacker? how on earth could I have known about the double voting power? Why on earth would I say Wicked is the serial killer while the easy way was to go along with you? Why on earth would I direct you guys away from RK where he was the obvious choice?

There is at least a 50% chance in my opinion that Xenhu is the remaining mafia (or at least one of the remaining mafia) - so this could end now. If I am wrong (because this is just a feeling) then I investigate someone else - if I survive, then we either have a suspect or another confirmed townie (and lose cram). If I die, with Cram's 2 votes, you can kill anyone you want - and even if you get it wrong the first time, as long as you, cram, RK stick together we will eventually get the remaining mafia.

I noticed Housam claimed deputy. My gut it telling me he is telling the truth, but my brain isn't 100% sure.

Seeing how there are serveral people who have unknown roles (and how a cop/deputy has not been 100% revealed as dead or alive), he may have taken advantage of that and later picked four random people that he says is innocent.

However, the people he mentioned have claimed town or are inactive. Either Houssam is telling the truth or he's a very smart mafia person.

For now though, I don't think we have any other choice but to believe him.

However, FD is also acting odd. He never posts except on rare occasions and he claims he's a mason. If he is a mason and P Gizzle is the only other mason, we have no way of knowing if he's telling the truth as P Gizzle is dead and has an unknown role. However, he may also be lying, claiming he is a mason, and there may be no masons in this game at all.

Also, seeing as he never posts, FD is not helping us at all.

I have one last thought as well. I've been thinking about this a day or two ago, and I think I may have a hunch. Seeing as how somebody is always being stuffed into a garbage can, what if there is a garbage man? I don't know what his secret abilities may be, but it seems possible as the deaths always involve a similar death.

For now though, I'm leaning towards FD. The numbers are on our side, and as FD isn't helping us at all (and is inactive), it may be good to lynch him, see a new cop investigation, and go from there. I won't vote yet until I see everyone's view on the subject about FD and possibly lynching him.

At this point, lynching houssam on the slim chance that he's suddenly become this brilliant, mind-reading mafia strategist seems like madness to me. Everything he's said to this point makes sense (altho I would assume that when senfive was killer, houssam inherited his list of investigations).

Besides, if houssam is lying, he'd be a moron to steer us away from RK (unless they're both mafia, which seems even more improbable).

Now. Since it seems quite clear that houssam is not lying, we have to resign ourselves to the fact that we're going to lose either him or cram tonight. But houssam has given us enough to hopefully root out the last mafia or two.

And I'm really not digging xenhu's continued attacks against houssam, nor his attempt to foist suspicion off on FD (who may be mafia as well, but he'd sure be an absentee mafia).

VOTE Xenhu

until I hear a compelling reason that I shouldn't.

Our choices are not great, but we still have a decent shot at winning.

(sorry to have to be prodded. I'm at work, and thus my mind's in about three different places...)

this makes sense.

Fircoal or xenhu have to die.

theres' no way FD is mafia, he can hardly participate enough. and houssam is checking this FROM HIS PHONE. he seems passionate enough to me to be telling the truth.

I'm right there with ya. I dropped out of IC's game right before it started because of the time involved and the fact that I think about this stupid game ALL THE TIME. The whole thing is like a message-board instantiation of Plato's Cave, and it gets tiring trying to read patterns in the shadows...

xenhu voted for wisse pretty early on, guys. go back and look. so did houssam.

that would be an early sacrifice of a mafia buddy; doesn't seem likely. that leaves me with

Fircoal (not voting wisse, but did FOS him)
For dummies (not voting wisse)

Looking back on Fircoal's voting record I found this, which he posted after Wisse had receive 6 votes:
for dummies wrote:It seems that 4/5 night kills are unknown's maybe there is some power role that makes this happen, has anyone investegated?

i agree that wisse seems like scum but if he is a townie we then need to take a serious look at some people. namely: RK and Xenhu

does the "anyone investigated" seem like fishing for a power role to anyone else???

i am willing to bet that both houssam and xenhu are in the clear. we gotta look at FD and Fircoal.

I just went back and looked. It looks like xenhu was also the second to vote for RD. So unless he's playing a deep game, I'd have to say

UNVOTE xenhu

pending further evidence and testimony. It's funny, he seemed so suspicious going after houssam like that after houssam's roleclaim, yet xen's voting record looks clean. Plato's Cave...

It's funny. I don't really feel one way or the other about fircoal.

FD... his excuses and explanations could be legit, they could be the nervousness and attempts to lay low of a noob mafia. Like everything in this game, it could be interpreted several ways. It does sound like he's fishing for power roles, but it sounds like he's trying to figure out the 'unknown role' thing, rather than look for cops or doctors. Again, it could go either way.

A lot has been going on and to me it seems that houssam is telling the truth. Xenhu and FD both look very suspicious. Xenhu has constantly going after Houssam, and may be playing the Noob card. On the other hand, FD never posts and when he does it's just 1 post defensing myself. Supercram though I know you are clear, why do you keep on switching off on whether you think FD, is mafia. Very little ago, you say he's probably clear, then you say to focus on him.

I don't like Fircoal for being all over the place
I don't understand what you mean by this. How does this even relate to me in the mafia game.

I didn't vote for Wisse because I couldn't vote for him, and that I wanted a little more proof. If you look at my posts from day 2, I was suspicious about Wisse. Mainly, look at my EOS, and my whole 2-5 bandwagoners look the most suspicious thing. I don't know what makes my look like mafia.

If Houssam is the cop as he claims, I say we kill one (probably Fircoal since he's more active and could be more dangerous in my opinion), and then investigate the other (which would be FD if Fircoal dies).

However, I won't vote until I see Fircoal's defense.

NOTE: I'm going to be leaving in a couple of minutes and won't be back until around 4 pm EST (9pm GMT?) tomorrow.
