i believe i have explained my actions well enough.

F1fth wrote:Well, people have said most of the things I had to say about the Flores wagon. I felt it was a more than a little strained. Ace got accused, made an unrefuted claim of a main character, Flores defended him, and the bandwagon got deflected onto her. I think people are just convincing themselves too easily of people's scumminess. Build up a case, don't base it off a shaky suspicion.

But all of that appears to be settled, and the more pressing matter at hand appears to be a Mr. Lorian. Mandy is not a poor player. His wild accusations, while sometimes seemingly ridiculous, are usually for smart reasons (whether he be scum or town) and are surprisingly accurate (when he is town). What bothers me more is that he quietly (keyword: quietly) backed down when town pushed his case. This makes me think he needs this lynch. I'd offer up being a lyncher as a possible explanation.

Nonetheless, it's enough to warrant a FOS his way.

But Mandy on the other hand has started up his "chase ace" thing again after my post. ANOTHER reversal of behavior. I'm not dead set on his lynch, but I think pursuing that avenue is our best option for now. Let's see how Mandy handles the pressure. :P

Vote Mr. Lorian

I always got the feeling people ignored my posts, but now I have evidence :P . Anyway, for the reasons explained above, as well as the fact that ace is almost certainly a townie, I decided to vote for him. Of course like I said I'm not dead-set on his lynch, but I think that pressuring him is appropriate. It's all fine and good if he wants to do his inquisition thing, but I think if he does than he deserves to get pressured like anyone else would. If Mandy was scum, don't you see how leaving him alone would be bad?

this never happened, i claimed to be a "MAIN CHARACTER" no more, no less, everything else is just you distorting and concluding, and "getting your knickers in a knot" seems a quite sexist remark to me, i dont see why you are not getting a warning; anyway i wont call you anything else than a jerk, so we should be fine from now on as long as you grad school intellect is actually put in good use.

Do you think there's only one scum in the game? Recently in another game I accused 3 people of being potential cult leader. Turns out one was, and the 2 others his cult buddies. So there :P

Indeed, with a game this size we should be looking for at least, at the very best 4 scums, maybe 5; and i dare to say at least 3 should be in my bandwagon; so its a good start as any for start to hunt scum.

OMG Flores defends Ace saying she's a main character too! She must be SCUM!

Can anyone not Mandy care to tell me how this chain of naive reasoning is not retarded? No? Right.

if that kind of (Lack) of reasoning is not grasp for straws, then i dont know what is.

I find this part of Mandy's unholdable position interesting and confirms my opinion of him as a likely lyncher. It sounds like he will counterclaim Toph if pressured, but forgot a little detail: if Sierra provides fakeclaims, do you think he would give one that can be countered?

I think what mandy tried to do here is besides spread madness and confusion as usual, was try to keep for himself the toph claim "allright guys, since i cant do anything else, ill have to go out of the closet, im toph, ace lied, do the right thing, handle me my lyncher win" my vote is on him still, and i have claimed before, i wish i could vote him again, first and prolly last time ever i wish i was double voter :P

But a main character? No one's that evil. Except maybe you.

Mandy, you've been notably silent about this. Mind filling me in on how you feel on this or do I have to vote you?

here are a couple of the cases put against Mandy, in case everyone forgot, my vote, as is the vote of others, remains there; there is no new info; i think the best we can do is vote for mandy til he claims a credible deffense; or til he gets lynched.

I'm not sure that dd has explained that much really but the case against him was shaky to start with, so Unvote.

Regarding mandy. He showed up on my radar because of his posts when ace claimed, the last few comments only confirms that I'm not the only one that thinks he acts a bit strange so Vote mandy.

I see what you guys are saying, and I'm beginning to notice it myself. Why beat down on a (most likely) confirmed townie? It doesn't make much sense to me...

Unvote Vote Mandy. At the very least, it's the best lead we have so far.

I'm hoping this isn't a win for mandy. The only reason I can think of for him to play so badly is that he's a jester, but I can't think of what character that would be.

Just a couple of farewell notes from me (I feel like Richard Nixon right now):

1. Lynching me is going to work out great since I am a) Vanilla and b) I'm switching Internet providers so I might end up netless for a few days. Since there is a deadline in place: Lynch away!

2. unvote Ace. Topher is like a totally crucial character! What were you guys thinking voting for him?! :P

3. Yeah, I have been skimming a bit, but that doesn't matter now (and I don't feel like I owe an apology to a mob which is getting ready to lynch me  ).

4. After you have read my innocence from the greenness of my corpse, please think about the following for a second:

daydream wrote:seriously ace, come on. even i saw it was a joke, and this is my first game on this forum. to me that however proves pretty clearly that ace is town... maybe not so bright, but town.

daydream wrote:unvote vote ace

time for a claim methinks?

First Daydream decides that ace is a proven townie, and then he pressures him to claim? Scummy. Add to it all the vote-hopping and bandwagoning and you get the most suspicious character so far. Also, he is no n00b, since he played on Mafiascum before coming here. In conclusion: Cop/Vig, do your thing. ;)

P.S. Ace and Flores, in case you two really aren't scum, I guess I have hounded you throughout Day 1 for no reason. If you are feeling striken by this, I think that, after Sherwood mafia had finished, Aegnor and Selin have started a support group for helping those wrongly hounded by me. Go forth and heal (and steal some cookies for the rest of us  ).

Go Town.

Nope. I am honestly cool with being lynched and it's much simpler then convincing you guys in my innocence. As long as someone takes my advice and investigates Daydream (btw, did anyone wander why would someone who isn't trying to avoid attention insist on having his name written without a capital 'D'? ;) ) we're five-by-five, as one of my all-time favorite TV characters is fond of saying. I know that he responded and I really haven't believed him, so investigate him and, if he turns out pro-Town, you can lynch me again tomorrow :-^ .

Now, could someone please finish this of and vote for me before Flores angers herself into a stroke  ?
