Hmm... I never actually got pissy, or took anything personally (until that really big post, anyway). You see, for me, arguing isn't something personal, it's something recreational. I did debate in high school, and I often pick a random topic and start arguing with my friends about it (they're okay with this mostly). I wasn't feeling upset that you were randomly lynching... I felt that it was a good opportunity to debate some Mafia Theory, and the positives/negatives of a random lynch. I ended up conceding to F1fth, because that "5th's Law" was a really well put counter-point. Then I started arguing about how people were attacking me for "defending fireedud"... not because I was offended, but because I enjoy arguing, and this was something that I felt should be changed. But soon, I realized that I was losing, not because I was arguing poorly, but because I was arguing... and that's when I actually got "pissy" and offended. And I still feel this way, and I hope that people can start referring to "D's proposal" to knock sense into other people. For instance, if someone tried to say that Innervision's random... joke?... pointed to his guilt, and others started jumping on that bandwaon; someone else could say, "that's not incriminating under D's Proposal," and hopefully the person saying that wouldn't be lynched for it (though I know they will be  ).

Anyway, I'll roleclaim, if just because It's incredibly ironic. Wait for it... I'm a survivor. So I suppose it's good that ultimately I sacrificed myself for fireeduud; there's at least a chance that he's town, but there's no way I am. Though I could make the argument that survivors, in almost all cases, function in a game just like town... but I'll save that for another time.

He looks towards the target and yells 'Well, it's leaving here fine, the problem must be on your end!'

WTF is this? Someone needs to figure out who said this and how its important

He's saying we're blaming the lynchee or target for us not hitting any mafia dudes instead of us analyzing our methodology of argumentation. Sure we can postulate and vote just fine but and doing so we can get to lynch anyone, even to the point of crippling ourselves in the process [lynching a townie power role].

Or not.

Shooting a gun is kinda fun though.

I'd say that sounds authentic and you have a reason to do the vote counts- aside from Skoff being too lazy...

Everyone unvote the man... He is honest with what he says...

Wait.

WOuld someone go back and make sure he wasn't doing vote counts before he got his role?

This is the first time I did a vote count. Within the same minute, I admitted I had my role. I don't know why I was trying to hide the fact that my vote counts were part of my role; I guess it's just the habitual secrecy in this game. But I was very glad that it didn't turn out I was in a mafia group with several of the bandwagoners, or in a mafia group with firee... because that would be really ironic

But don't stop lynching me now... remember scum would make that claim; it's not as blatant as a townie claim. Also, I was only doing the vote counts to set myself up for this fake claim. You need to think like a mafia player.

Unvote it does sound like something Skoffin would do to keep her ass from having to show up here randomly to count :) Of course if we lynch dito then we could ruin her ultimate evil plan

I only have to do two of these a day. But I for one want more than two vote counts a day.

What?!?!

A survivor can choose to either be Vanilla Townie or Mafia Goon. I, for one, believe that he will stay on our side as long as there are more of us.

Not to mention, the mafia won't kill him, now, so he's better to leave alive.

He's claimed survivor, if we were certain he was a survivor of course I wouldn't vote him. And we'd be better off if the mafia targeted him, survivor with no power is pretty much the role we can afford to lose most..

My point is, if someone's got to the point where they need to roleclaim, their role needs to be better than survior to avert a lynch. Or we'll end up with everyone claimed and no one lynched.. it's not hard to fake a role in a game like this

Indeed it is easy to fake a claim, but still I would rather lynch scum than town/third party. And I not sure if this is what you're saying, but are suggesting he lie about his role? If anything, that hurts the town more than anything. I would much rather wait one night on an investigative role than to lynch someone who can do no harm to the town. And that's besides the fact that if he is a survivor, that doesn't help town at all to kill him at this point.

Unvote Dito

How immature. You're taking this freaking game personally, and if you don't see that THAT is the problem here, I guess you have a lot of growing up to do.

Quoted because F1fth has also 'gotten pissy and quitted mafia over it' :D
Actually, I think I've done the same thing..several times. So Frankly I'm not sure whether Dito is absolutely serious or if he'll cool off by tomorrow and continue on.

Anyway, I'll start prodding players in the morning.

Sorry for the double post, but to address this, Skoffin :P : I quit after I had finished my games, and was because I was pissy with CC, not mafia. The only problem I had with mafia was being burned out on it.

But Dito, nonetheless, I apologize if my words seemed harsh. I was in a rather foul mood at the time and didn't mean to take it out on you. However, I would love it if you would at least finish your games with us before quitting, even though I understand what it's like to get tired of the game and want a break from it.

Well right now I'm tempted to vote dito so that skoffin can stopp being lazy. But I think I'll stay out of this particular bandwagon like I have so far.

The more important thing right now is STOP CLAIMING YOU STUPID ASSES! The dito claim was all fine and good but salubri? Really? didn't skoffin say somewhere that having everyone claim was bad? This is far from a mass claim but there was no reason for it salubri, you're just painting scum a nice little target.

On another note, LoVo still hasn't posted!

I don't believe there is that much evidence that Lovo is allowed to post, as his first post was before he had received a role, then his second, and only other post was complaining about his role.
