So, are you saying we should no lynch so we might test edoc's claim tonight?
a bit of an odd strategy, but I will object to little.
I'm suggesting we lynch vodean, because that will determine whether edoc is telling the truth about his investigation powers.
@jak: I'm going to defer to edoc's earlier statement.
Investigation?
if you want to pressure vodean, I'm fine with that. But edoc didn't claim any investigation, he just claimed he can make the mod tell people that "edoc is a happy townie."
I don't really see how lynching vodean helps that either way.
Though I could come up with some interesting conclusions for fun besides the ones edoc provided.
Maybe Edoc has some kind of bastard role where he's really telling people he's unhappy but thinks he's telling them he's happy.
Maybe (this would be fun for third party) edoc tells whomever he targets what they want to hear, "I'm on your side". Mafia could get "edoc is unhappy" town could get "edoc is a very happy townie", and if he targets me, I'd hear, "edoc doesn't really feel strongly one way or the other"

the later could be a reason to pressure vodean, probably unlikely unless edoc is actually some sort of shmoozy thought though.
ah well, good luck figuring this out, I don't need to step on any toes with what I really think is going on...
