so we now mostly definitely know that there is a scum roleblock. I don't think Pancakemix would have given his gift to anyone but a towny, i.e. safari, but I don't remember what the roleblock gift was. I think it was rope but I'm not sure. There was cheese and there was rope.

Well that's interesting. PCM and I exchanged gifts with each other last night apparently. I received the rope and I sent him mine. However, I used the roleblock on naxus. My reasoning for using the roleblock on naxus is that if nax really is scum, he'd go after the person who tried to lead the failed lynch on him, PCM. But now we still have a dead PCM so I'm confused. I still agree with all of PCM's arguments from yesterday but am witholding my vote on naxus for now until more people come out with results from night.

So you think that this means that the scum have a role-blocking power that is separate from the gifts? I don't think that we can make that assumption just yet. There were two gifts out there that could block; the rope and the cheese. These could have been responsible for safariguy being blocked for several reasons. A scum could have received them and blocked safariguy intentionally. A misguided townie could mistakenly believed safariguy to be scum. A townie could have used the cheese to try to protect safariguy not thinking that safariguy would receive many gifts that would then be rendered useless. A block could have directed at someone else but then redirected to safariguy by the bus driver.

That morning Pancakemix was dragging along a long oddly shaped package, as it scrapped against the stones on the ground the wrapping shredded revealing rope with a loop around the end.
"is that a hangman's noose?" asked a hidden figure
Startled pancakemix turned around "No..... it's just for tying up.......people.." he awkwardly replied
"Oh, well that's okay then." "it should be useful so you don't move around too much when I'm shooting at you *name omitted*"
"huh? what?" said pancake while looking around "oh wait..." he said as he looks down at his own shirt "You're mistaken, I'm pancakemix, see this is just a name-tag"
"All the evidence I need!" said the killer, firing a gun; hitting pancake in the leg
Pancakemix tried to crawl away, but was tangled in his gift and could not escape.
"Why does everyone try to lie about their name when they are about to die?" Wondered the killer as he left the scene.

As for the scene, we can now be certain that there is a way to kill people other then ga7's gift. This seems to indicate that the reason for there being no kill on night two was most likely that A: The killer was blocked (safariguy & kwanton) or B: The target was protected (also safariguy and kwanton.) Although there remains an outside chance that the killer made no action on that night for whatever reason. The last line implies that this killer is the same one as on night 1. That raises some other questions. In the night 1 scene it was implied that the killer was hunting scum. This scene doesn't seem to imply that. So I guess that the killer must actually be scum though, as if he were town he really ought to have come forward by now.
Also it looks like the victim was swapped with someone by the bus driver last night. So if the person who had the Name Tags last night can let us know who they used them on then that could come in handy.

You may be confused here I think. The paper cups are naxus's gift. Gifts are sent out during the day and are not effect by roleblocking which prevents people from using night actions.

Quite possible. I find it hard to believe that we have two town roleblockers. And since kwan lays ownership to the cheese, that definitely moves the scum-o-meter.

Based on what people claimed and what I know from my own actions, it seems either no one has claimed my gift or something hinky is going on.

Did you figure out this issue over the night, or does it still look like no one has claimed your gift? If things don't look right you may want to consider letting us know who you sent it to so we can see if we can figure it out...

While it this is a possibility, I don't see how kwanton's statement indicates that his gift is the cheese. As far as I can tell, he his gift could also the bandages, the name tags, of the box of caramels.
Anyhow, we still need to hear from TA1LGUNN3R, Haggis_McMutton, naxus, and Skoffin. Hopefully at least one of them will have received the name tags or cheese and will be able to help us figure some stuff out...

Pancakemix obviously would NEVER use a jailkeep ability on someone who was bound to receive the largest load of gifts in the history of mankind.

I know that Safari was not the target of a busdrive because Skoffin told me she tried to use the paper cups on Pancakemix, but it was redirected to me. Thus, I was driven with Pancakemix. (That also means I was targeted by the mafia this night, but that doesn't really matter at this point.)

Kwanton just claimed to have gotten the Rope.

This is the only other available roleblock. Since the cheese apparently was sent to Pancakemix who, following reasonable logic, would NEVER target Safariguy, this means that Kwanton has used the rope on Safariguy. There has been no busdriver involvement.



This means Kwanton is lying about at least 1 of the points above.

I don't think it is quite that simple. Kwanton could still have blocked you. We have no way to prove whether or not he actual blocked naxus as he said. So either kwanton blocked you or the person who got the cheese did. Figuring out which of the two it is may be difficult. I do agree that if nobody comes forward as having got the cheese, then it's owner should out the person they sent it to.
Since nobody has yet claimed to have received either the Name Tags or the Cheese last night it looks like there are three possibilities for what happened with those last night.
1. Went to Skoffin or haggis who still need to post.
2. Went to pancake who is dead.
3. Went to scum who have decided not to claim it.
