Once you play with mitch a few times, you will realize... that yes, he can be completely random. Often way too much so. But he does seem to be trying to scum hunt so far, and other than his soft claiming he hasn't done too much theme talking... so my guess is that he's town.

Kwan, I am unsure about now. He was "following the herd" long before it was common knowledge that was how VTs were. So my guess is either he is town, or scum have the VT PM. The "us" referring to scum does look suspicious though... and I don't see any other good cases for now, so I will leave my vote on him.

i will have to trust you on this one, but since i could hate the day ending in no lunch, but i really think he should shape up, getting a free pass forever just because everyone is forgiving his randomness seems like a pretty convenient cover when he happens to be scum, so for now ill FOS mitch and unvote vote kwan being a claimed herbivore, with a questionable "typo aka slip up" and therefore under my previous fos radar

oh and btw, as much good will and sympathy i have for some of the older players here (nag, chu, mandy, skoff, skittles, mm, ga7, etc) i wont be swayed only because of that, its just that my thoughts will be in the same wavelength at times

and about the mass claim strategy, i hate it, i think it is only justifiable at the end of a game when and if we get to a dead end, never at freaking day 1 geez, and i think power roles should avoid to out themselves for as long as possible, because even if we have a doctor he cant possibly protect several players at the same time or could get blocked or NKed and then our key players will be sitting ducks waiting for scum to knock on their door.

I've done typos like that before while town, but I do think his jumping up and seconding his role after it had been safe is noteworthy. I don't think it's that big of a deal but I am still suspcious of him and would like to see him respond. Thusly I'll Unvote. Vote: Kwanton in hopes of getting a response from him.

I don't think there's much there. It's clear he means 'us' as in the whole group of players when taken into context with the rest of his post.

To be honest I'm very wary of Flores and question her motivations and alignment. First uses hypocrisy to vote me, now claiming it as some successful strategy to get me posting more despite it being unrelated.
Seemingly following Mandy's lead - again. Casting suspicion on literally every no name herbivore player for seemingly no reason. Then finishing it by voting for the weakest player in the game and stating it's no loss even if he turns out town.
I have a hard time seeing her as town.

I echo Skoffin's thoughts. It may just be because she doesn't know mitch, but the way that she is playing seems suspcious to me. Same thing with her just as quick back off of mitch onto the currently trending bandwagon but it also makes sense that she's listening to those of us who have played with him more.

So I don't know. I do suspect her overall but I do see how it'd make sense as a town player as well. Well to an extent at least.

Though, if the other vanilla claims are true, chances are bit better we get lucky on this. For clarification, I do not expect any scum tells to appear on day 1. What I've seen happen on most day 1's is that people joke and then bicker around until one person is unfortunate to accrue enough 'scummy' lines that people jump on them and lynch. The problem with this is that we don't have enough info on day 1 to know if those tells are actually scummy or just a poorly worded sentence. It usually ends up being the latter and we end up with a lynched town for no reason. Taking Ragian as an example, his actions could be seen as that of a scum or town. We were just lucky that he was scum. As for me leaving any scumtells, I'd like to think I play the same no matter what alignment I get. Haven't gotten a non-town role here on CC, so none of you can verify that. People are so eager to find scummy behavior on day 1 that they'll find it in anything.

So are you both giving us hints or?

I would still love that vote count.

If by playing the same you mean by being a lunatic, then yes. Eventually, people are going to get use to those lunatic ways and the common/insanely obvious scum tells (wishy wash voting, changing suspects constantly, no elaboration on thoughts, claiming for no reason), would just be dismissed as "Mitch being Mitch". To me, he's a wild card, I'll probably never be able to guess him correctly unless I play with him about a couple hundred times.

It doesn't matter if it's no lynch or being lunatic.

P.S. Off the top of my head I would suggest Strike Wolf or Aage as they are both competent players in addition to being sensitivity-trained.

Actually it won't be endless because the mods had imposed a deadline that expires this week. Instead of inactives, I'd prefer to lynch one of the three players that I suspect of being scum. Inactives should be replaced instead.

QFT i am extremely unhappy that he gets rewarded with a free pass for being shallow and random, he remind me of an old player called nes, but maybe players before were less forgiving, because i remember that we used to lynch nes a lot, what can i say, it is my first time playing with mitch, and it seems i am the only one willing to be strict on him so from now on if he doesnt shape up i will just go to my happy place whenever his actions make me cringe, i would like to know if there is some sort of international pact of mods where they all agree to never ever making him scum, because he could make one hell scary GF

oh and btw i think is better to replace inactives rather than lynching them, i could hate to lose a cop or a doc just because his pc exploded or whatever irl inconvinience might have gotten on the way of mafia
