"The story revolves around a man on Death Row named James Earl Cash, sentenced to death by lethal injection due to a grievous crime, the nature of which is never explained. An exceedingly wealthy former Hollywood director named Starkweather, who runs a seedy community in an impoverished town named Carcer City, bribes the doctors to inject Cash with a powerful sedative instead.

The Director, as he likes to call himself, creates and distributes snuff films through a company named Valiant Video Enterprises. He sets up Cash as his latest star using the corrupt Carcer City police force, as well as his personal "Cerberus" guards, to corral Cash into butchering Carcer's local gangs on camera to make violent, visceral, underground snuff films."

I don't see why everyone is jumping Narc's throat just for trying to move the game a bit. Without his metagaming we would still be trading hellos.

Mountain i happen to disagree with that methodology just a little bit. Part of being a good townie is from time to time (and especially on day 1 when in theory no one knows any better) is just to keep involved with the game without trying to be a superhero. Few people are going to be able to spot every scum on day one, and if one reaches too far early it could set a chain of events that goes on for too long. And aside from trading pleasantries i dont think searching much farther for a scum tell on anark is worth it at the moment. Worse metagamming crimes have been commited im sure.

I have a feeling that Wicked is still a bit angry at me because of the Sherwood game. She has voted me in the first post in every game that we've been in since then.

I was thinking a good townie should be aggressive, but the more I think about it...all mafia has to do is outnumber the town, and in that case it would be good to not draw too much attention to yourself. I dunno.
