I am going to put in a

vote for dcowboy055

He has all of 3 or 4 posts in the thread and none of them have any substance. But he did have a chance to vote for Xenhu.

Makes me think he is mafia trying to fly under the radar.

A few things-

wicked- when you unvote you should be saying who you are unvoting for. That way AK can simply go through and tally up the votes and unvotes and have a correct total for each person. When you bold the unvote but don't include a name he then has to go back and see who you voted for before that and subtract one, making his job a lot more of a pain. Anyway, that's a minor thing.

moz976 wrote:And although Sully is active now wasn't he one of the last people to post day one?

Yes, I was in fact the last person to post when the thread opened as you pointed out before. I was skiing for 4 hours when it started, came back and finished homework....went to sleep and work up to 6 pages of posts. Then again if you look, a few of the people who posted before me simply wrote "hey I'm checking in" and then didn't return for a while. :?

And if anyone was wondering about Lt.Mustard's single post, here it is from page 4...

He has logged onto the site 26 different times since then and not said another word. He could be mafia in hiding or he could be an utterly useless townie, but at the end of the day if he doesn't start posting I strongly think he is the man that deserves to be lynched.

Puff wrote:I did NOT try and get red bull to say he was a cop. If Fircoal is mafia and we lynch him then we know to lynch red bull the next day. If fircoal is pro-twon or has a power role and is with the town then I can assure you Redbull will not die! I am not saying that red bull and I are mafia I am saying that because I am the doc.

This way if my theory goes wrong and fircoal is pro-town I can protect redbull

Now for the Puff controversy- in case you didn't understand it by the other complaints, you claiming to be the doctor at this point hurts the townies chances pretty badly since our cop claimed as well. As you said you can protect red bull tonight, but then the mafia will lynch you and have an open shot at red bull the next day. And if the two kills a night continue they could try to kill you and redbull, that way if you try to protect yourself redbull would get hit.

Well the way I see it, red bull is the more valuable player if each of your claims are true since he can get an additional piece of info tonight. So I agree that if you are the doctor you should protect red bull tonight (and lets hope he's a real cop!) because an exposed doctor cannot be of much help to the town.

Sully,
First of all, I'll unvote however I want to until a mod tells me otherwise. Since the mods have to keep track of not only that I voted, but whom I voted for, it should be pretty clear who I'm unvoting.

Second, a person's log-in history, that very few playing the game have access to, should not be used as evidence. So unless everyone has access to said info, it should not be used for this game. Furthermore, not everyone logging on checks the forums everytime, some may just come to play a quick turn then go.

/end rant

Now I have a meeting, but I should be able to catch up at lunch. later.

I didn't ask. You're the one who came out implying you had info and making everyone suspicious of you. townies don't need to know roles, townies don't need to know who's innocent as much as we need to know who's mafia. so by you claiming on day 2 with no clue who's mafia, you've really screwed us over. cops and docs shouldn't claim unless their in real danger of being lynched.

Not that I recall? No time to go back and re-read, but even if he had a couple votes, that's not in danger of being lynched. And if I recall correctly, you're the one who put suspicion on you both, saying you trusted him. But anyway, water under the bridge now, and we need to focus on what's going on now, not what happened yesterday (err, RT yesterday). I only wanted to respond to your comment since you falsely claimed I outed you.

Now, WTH did Puff claim? Let me catch up...

Well if AK has no problem with it, then like you said it shouldn't matter. I just think it makes things clearer and easier but its not a big deal.

Anyone that is Modding their own mafia game isn't a noob. Seeing as how the Mafia had a Cop, who is not to say that the mafia doesn't have a said Doc of their own in a game this big? I am not totally convinced of Puff's said "stupidity."

OK.. there is a deadline coming up reasonably soon so we need to start getting more productive here.. I personally think either red bull or puff or both are lying.. but we don't have to worry about that right now - if they are who they say they are one of them goes tonight through a mafia kill. if mafia magically choses someone else to kill then we will know at least one of them is lying and we will get to them next turn.
For now - do we have a list of suspects? Are we going after the low posters?

Either puff or redbull must be lying because Redbull says fircoal must stay alive, but the only two real powerful roles are cop and doc. Now puff claims to be the doc though, so unless we have two active docs, it doesnt make sense.

I have a feeling that fircoal is a godfather type role, and he wont show up as mafia under an investigation.

I think that it would help the town if rojo told us what fircoal came up as, or if fircoal just claimed.

that would make sense I remember a game where I almost sacraficed myself to save wicked when she was godfather, because I investigated her as a cop.

Sorry for not posting more guys. I'm in the middle of two other mafia games at the moment and have the tendency to play a lot of Risk over the weekend.

Anyways, I'm a little suspicious of Puff's actions. Either he is a complete idiot for claiming doc as he'll now be killed over night (and then Red Bull the following night) or he's trying to not be lynched.

He only had one, maybe two votes against him, so there was no reason to make a roleclaim. That's why he appears suspicious.

I'd call him a newb/noob, but I've seen him in other games (and he's modding one currently as well), so I have the feeling he may just be an idiot.

One or the other, Puff's way of claiming is a bit odd and because of that, TFOS: Puff

I won't vote though, as I'll give you the benefit of a doubt. However, I have a thought that I won't reveal until the next day providing you're still alive.

One thing to keep in mind, since we all have doubts regarding RedBull and Puff, if they are indeed real...the Mafia might try to frame them...I.E. by letting them live a night or two (and picking off more substance posters) which in turn they might hope will let the Town build up a case against both of them. The old 'Get the someone else to do your dirty work' so it can't be traced back to whomever.

I'm still weary and wary of the Submarine posters, though a few others have sparked my interest. I'll do a reread sometime and wander back.
