I am finding it hard to believe this claim. Let me show you why.

We know there are the nine fellowship members in this game plus treebeard. So that is ten townies right there. We have uncovered one 3rd party (gollum) and two scum (sauron and gothmog). And we can all assume that Saruman is in this game as well. That makes for 14 people right there. That leaves only one spot left for another townie. Would stroop really choose Eowyn to fill that spot? It's possible, but I find it unlikely. Eowyn was not really a major character and I think stroop would have chosen Arwen, Elrond, Faramir, or any of the other major characters. I'm not saying it is not possible for him to be Eowyn, but I'm having trouble believing it.

vote sam for now. Let's see if he can prove his role.

Guys, we should continue claiming, and not lynch Sam. I agree that he is probably scum, note me saying that his claim is interesting, not good. If we lynch him without getting everyone's claim, then we could make unnecessary mistakes from the lack of knowledge.

1) We are not lynching Sam without a claim.
2) We are not allowing Sam more breathing room by allowing him to claim after others, incase he is scum.

I fully agree. My vote was a pressure vote, not meant to lynch.

The sam claim is fake. It's obvious that he didn't want to be counter claim, and that would happened if he would claim a member of the fellowship. So, he did a kind of research, maybe from the characters of the movie and came wiht that. He even refuses to use Fheoden, that i'm almost sure is in this setup.

The character that he claim is barely mentioned in the books, and it's only kind of visible in the second movie, just as a "romantic issue", needed to succes in some markets. But in the history, and given the amount of players, it's so improbable that Eowyn exist.

I think that we can have a lynch here. I don't gonna change my vote, unleast something really big comes around.

So, sam, what's your history of your role...what do you do?

This isn't necessarily true. Eowyn might not be the most major character in the movies/books, but she does accomplish a lot, namely killing the witch-king. However, I do agree that Theoden would be a much more logical choice to fill the final townie spot.

So where is Sam? It has been over 24 hours since I called him out on his role.

You're confusing her with Arwen, who was indeed barely mentioned. Eowyn was the one who killed the Nazgul, and might be the only one able to do it in this game.

Actually, if it's wasn't for Sam who actually made the Black Captian mortal, Eowyn would have been unrecognisable after the Witch-King was done with her. I wouldn't say she is the only one in this setup who could do it. If im not mistaken, you can kill a nazgul by chopping of his ring hand.

You can't actually beleive this claim, when there are such more valuable people like Theoden, Faramir, Eomer, Elrond, and im pretty sure Tom Bombadil did a greater task in protecting the ring from the enemy the Eowyn.

This petty mod wifoming is not useful.

Sam clearly has no intention of claiming. Let's finish the massclaim, then lynch him.

Iliad, claim.

If anyone is some non-fellowship character such as Eomer, Faramir, Theoden, Elrond, etc, please claim, otherwise I'll believe Sam's claim.

I agree. We have a limited time here, so we should continue with our claiming while we are waiting on sam.

Precisely, because that limit time that we have, it's better lynch sam right now.

No. We have time and we will use it to our advantage. Even if we hit the deadline, sam will be lynched since he is #1 in votes.

I don't like how you are trying to push this lynch without the rest of the claims. Let's hear your claim.

I agree with Simon's logic here. Although Eowyn isn't the most likely choice for a character in this game, there is still a chance that she was chosen. If no one can provide another alternative, we should believe him.

Uncountered fellowship claim does not a confirmed pro-town role make. Stop. Making. This. Assumption.

Totally agree.

It's perfectly possible that the rest of us are, or fellowship, or dark forces.

That's because there is no sense to beleive sam, that has failed to say a word in his defence, just because nobody has claimed Elrond or another bigger character.

are we still going to mass-claim?
I would like to pressurize sam_levi to explain his role first, but I'll claim if everyone wants me to of course :(
anyway, as I said, I want to put some extra pressure on sam_levi, so I'll bring him to L-1:
