If i were you though, I'd be careful about mentioning No Lynch. The general consensus here, is that voting for a No Lynch, especially early on in the game is scummy.

Not really. If you were scum you wouldnt kill someone who was casting suspicion on you - it would be too obvious. The main point is that with a no-lynch you don't gain anything and the scum still get a kill
