Transfer Headlines

Berbatov has just signed forThunder Hawks for an estimated 400 transfer points. Earlier this week Amino, the manager of Thunder Hawks stated to the press that his current team was not good enough to compete at the highest level, this seems to be the first step he has taken to attempt to turn that around before the beggining of the season.

Down Under united have swooped their first signing of the season in Didier Drogba, they got him as part of an exchange deal for Anelka, rumours that Anelka was heading to Norfolk and Chance have proved to be untrue. Anelka has stated that he had a great time in his short spell for DDU and holds no grudges against his former manager Iliad.

Toure has moved to Norfolk and Chance, where he will join an already impressive looking setup under manager Ice Dagger. Toure expressed his delight at moving to Norfolk and said that he was 'looking forward to joining a great bunch of players'. The fee is said to be around 400 transfer points, and manger ice dagger promised that this wouldnt be his last buy of the transfer window.

There has been much speculation over where 34 year old veteran Ryan Giggs was going to go. It appears this has now ended with a move to Down Under United he joins striker Drogba who was transfered to DUU earlier today. It appears as if Norfolk and Chance manager Icedagger attempted to stop the transfer going through and placed several bids of his own, however he could not stop Giggs signing for Down Under United. It seems manager Iliad has splashed out bid paying 600 points to earn the services of the experienced winger.

From the start of the transfer market C. Ronaldo marked that he wished to leave his present club for 'bigger and better things' it seems his wish has been granted with a move to Red Stick Cajuns. The fee has not been disclosed but it is said to be an all time record transfer.
Manager LSU exclaimed his delight at signing the 23 your old star saying he was 'The best player i have ever seen'. LSU seems to have spent most of his transfer budget on Ronaldo will this move pay off or will he need more of a balanced team?
