Its Warcraft! Ive figured it out!

Just remembered i had the demo, so i turned it on and it was quite similar :D

Gold, Warcraft has a much cartoonish feel to it. It isn't even close to this game. Though you are right, human farms do look similar to that farmish looking building there.
