Resize Europe Map

• the second digit on iraq is pushed off when colour codes is turned on.
• i thought i was attacking a one but in fact the troop size was bigger http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=4901007

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• This will help players that are color blind be able to use colour codes without worrying about digits being pushed off the map

IIRC this is a known issue with that map. You should have a look in the map thread for further discussion.
