It is a parody of the game of Clue, in which the object is to determine which of the suspects commited a murder, with what weapon, and in which room.
The bonuses for this map are (for the most part) based on the each suspect having 'done it', with a specific weapon, in a specific room.
If you combine the three territories that make up a set (a suspect, his or her weapon, and the correct location) you get a bonus.
In addition, you can get a bonus for controlling all of the suspects, all of the weapons, or all of the rooms.
The goal of this is to create a situation of cross-purposes, where one player could be going for a suspect to get the person-weapon-room bonus, while another might be going for the all the suspects bonus.
As in the source, the corner rooms can move to their diagonal opposite.
Does that clear things up any?
