The borders of the continents look a bit unfinished. But I'm sure you're going to improve the graphics, so...

That black line next to palau ubin is unnecessary. There's no nearby territories, so just having the name next to the island would be sufficient IMO.

Same with punggol.

Haha, pulau ubin belongs to a continent that it's not connected to. is this meant to be?

I pretty much had nothing better to do, so I just added the army circles

Very nice progress, I like the new colours and borders.

It should be spelt as Pulau eg Pulau Ubin.
Paya Lebar is spelt without a Y.

Bukit can be shortened as Bt.

Is Hougang connected to Geylang? As I said, it still is a four-way connection (now three-way cos there's a border) but you should make two opposite territories connect each other fully, cutting off the other two.

Since Light blue has only 1 border now, the bonus can be reduced to 1.
Pink and Orange should have 2.
The ochre-coloured continent should have 1 (1 border)

Draw borders around the rivers, I think they should have the same thickness as inter-territorial borders.

Can you make the army circles more translucent?

Once again, good job!

oh and west coast bonus shd be 5, give bt timah less borders, try to connect yishun with AMK (otherwise it's a bottleneck at central water catchment. Pasir ris is also a bottleneck, make pulau ubin part of punggol GRC.

At the moment Bt Timah has too many borders, but I don't see how it can be fixed easily. Perhaps extend the river to separate CCK and Tengah.

Move the layer with the flag beneath the land layer...

The outlines of the land need to be made more smooth.
Sea routes seem like a temporary fix.
You should probably reduce the vertical spacing on your territory names or keep them to one line.

You don't even have "Singapore" on the map, yet you found space to put "Malaysia" twice...

There is no need to double or triple post.
Also, there is no need to do the xml until much later, since this will be much different by the time it is done and ready for the xml.
If you save it as a .png instead of ,jpg it comes up clearer.

consider merging bishan with one of its neighbouring bonus zones or splitting it into 3 regions, otherwise u'll have to put a starting neutral on kallang to prevent someone from starting with the bonus.
