Yeah, there are just some problems... Unlike A&A, CC doesn't make a distinction between troop types, all troops are just troops. Mapmakers can try to get around this, but look for example at stalingrad which has lots of different types of troops: tanks, infantry, planes... thing is, you can have 20 troops on an "infantry" territory, then you reinforce them to a "tank" territory, and suddenly your 20 infantry units become 20 tanks...
I've been thinking of ways how this could be circumvented... for example, every territory would be divided to "infantry", "tank" & "plane" sections... the different sections couldn't assault each other, only bombard, and they could bombard different troop types of adjacent territories, but they could assault the same troop types on adjacent territories. This way, you couldn't magically convert infantries to tanks, but they could still fight each other. Although, this still wouldn't be an ideal solution, since all troops would still be equal in power...
