How about adding a map of Quebec? Here's a possible map with regions that could be included:



The regions that can attack another are self-explanatory for the most part, but I'd suggest that Manicouagan can't atack Bas-Saint-Laurent or Gaspésie, as the St. Lawrence River is kinda wide in those places. However, to make the Iles-de-la-Madeleine part of it, they could be able to attack Gaspésie or Duplessis.

Anyone willing to make a map for this?
